Trying to incorporate a bit more movement in my sets now to help burn some calories seen as I still cant do any cardio. Compound movements like this are great for working multiple muscle groups whilst getting the heart rate up a bit more. 😅💪

Lots of you will have never heard of it before but over the last couple of years it’s become bigger and bigger with over 14k Crossfit boxes (name for Crossfit gyms) worldwide. But what is it? It’s a mixture of weightlifting, gymnastics and conditioning but it’s the community that it’s so famous for. It’s such a friendly and welcoming environment I absolutely love it. Every year there’s a huge online competition called the Open where thousands of people around the world complete a series of workouts in their own box, they then upload their scores online. Here’s the first 10 seconds and the last 10 seconds of the workout that I completed on Friday night! 10 rounds for time of 8 Ground to Overhead (move the barbell from the flow to above your head) and 10 Burpees over the bar. It was horrendous, I sweated a lot but I’m really happy with how I mentally managed to push myself (I think I can thank labour for that)... basically what I’m trying to say is not to be scared to just give it a go. My home box is @crossfitagainstthefire in Kent!!! If you’re local then why not come and join me for a workout 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

Get the kid involved...Most kids stay healthy and fit, not because they pump iron every day, but because the play and move a lot. Get involved in their games or create some to play which gets you moving. Plus its extra valuable time spent with your loved ones. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Get an online coach...Online coaching is extremely accessible these days whether its training, nutrition or both. Gone are the days where it was for the rich and famous, you can now have a personal coach scheduling home workouts, nutrition plans and keeping you accountable for less than your coffee costs per day! 📲

Eat slowly and stop at 80% full....My favourite weight loss habits. eating slow allows you to control your huger levels and realise when you have become satisfied (80% full). When you eat to 80% and not to full, you will soon realise that its hard to gain weight and rather losing it is the more likely result. 🍽

🌟 There is nothing stronger than a woman who has rebuilt herself 🌟 ..

Obviously 70kg of my own body weight isn’t enough ..... I needed to add a 9kg vest today too 🙄😂 ..
.
So my last post was about how weak I was feeling today, (thanks hormones) but for some strange reason I thought it would be a good idea to do parts of today’s leg day @alexia_clark with a 9kg weighted vest on....... might regret that decision tomorrow 🤣🤣 ..
.
Was good fun tho 🤣🤣 and was fuelled by the biggest slice of fruit loaf 😋 #carbsarelife ..
.
 I used to weight under 58kg, smoke at least 20 fags a day, drink a bottle of vodka EVERY night and eat hardly anything! #mouse ..
.
I had some serious issues and was dealt a pretty rough pack of cards.... 🤯🤯 - that’s another few stories!! ..
.
Granted the change didn’t happen overnight, but it happened, small steps and small changes turn into big steps and big changes....
When I first started to train I did it to stay lean - now I train to get strong and faster 🏃🏻‍♀️🏋️‍♀️💪 Never did I imagine I would weigh this much and then want to add more weight! The number on the scales may be much higher but I’m so much stronger and have never been more confident or happy 👍 ..
. 
The number on the scales does not define you ladies.... pick up those weights and get strong AF, oh and eat ALL the carbs 🙌 ..
.
I think it’s safe to say I won’t be running 🏃🏻‍♀️ tomorrow 🤣🤣 ..

Pare razy... Parę razy mi się w życiu nie udało - jak zwykle miałam słomiany zapał. 
Ćwiczyłam miesiąc potem przerwa drugie tyle. 
Kilka po to by pokazać mi jak uboga jest moja wyobraźnia i jak o wiele piękniejsze może być to co już mamy, od tego o czym marzymy. Taka nasza *wymarzona sylwetka.
A reszta myślę zaistniała, by utrzeć mi nosa i nauczyć większej pokory. Dziękuję. Doceniam. Nie mam nic przeciwko. Wręcz przeciwnie. 
Rzadko w życiu człowieka bywa tak, że coś ma z góry zaplanowane, idealnie obmyślone i to się dzieje. Właśnie tak. Jak być powinno. 
Zdarza się, owszem. Trzeba wierzyć szkicując plan życiowy/ treningowy, że to wszystko *jakoś się ułoży i forma sama się *jakoś zrobi. Najlepiej idealnie według naszych ustaleń. A to najczęściej jest właśnie „jakoś”...
Tylko mało kiedy człowiek wie, zdaje sobie sprawę, że to „jakoś” jest znacznie znośniejsze niż teoria nasza skrzętnie nakreślona... żeby wygrać trzeba grać ! 
Nie ćwiczyłam 2-3 miesiące. 
Dotrwałam do owego października zadowolona. 
Co się zmieniło ? Prawie nic!
