Yesterday's gym session really relieved some exams stress! All the endorphins were going crazy, so I was a very happy woman. -
So since cutting out almost all dairy I've been less bloated and I've had stomach pain (I was just ignoring the pain, so clever, DON'T IGNORE SIGNS THAT YOUR BODY IS GIVING YOU). Now I've just been playing a bit with what to eat instead. Which has been rather nice to do.

This was my run yesterday 😅 I had all the excuses not to go- it was cold, it was raining, my iPod needed charging so I had no music...but I did it anyways, 8km!
My training theme right now is: consistency! Winter is coming here in NZ and I am someone who ALWAYS loses motivation and falls into seasonal depression every time. Not this year! I'm going hard with my #fitness pushing into winter like (see this photo). Have a great day #fitfam 💖

It's payday for my team.
It's story time with my girl.
It's Friday for my hubby.
And I just completed day 60 of my workout program.
If you would have told me seven years ago that I'd find my dream job as an unconventional entrepreneur, I would have either laughed or ran in the opposite direction because... well, unconventional goes against the norm. You're "supposed" to do the 9-5 grind. That grind is what is safe.
I say the hell with that!! .
If I had chosen safe, then I wouldn't have been truly happy being able to be present in my daughter's life while still providing for our family.
I would have missed out on all those moments, Memories and Milestones.
I also would have missed out on the opportunity to help in touch so many others lives out there. To make some unbelievable friends and to find a community that is so positive and uplifting it's contagious.
I chose to do what was scary and what was hard.
What was requiring sacrifice and hustle.
I wanted the freedom to create me and my family's dreams not someone else's.
To me, that made it all worth it.
Today as my girl plays with Grandma, I get to put the finishing touches on my glimpse into lifestyle coaching group that I am so excited to kick off next week!!! There are so many of you who were right there where I was seven years ago scared to make the change but knew it needed to happen otherwise a life of unhappiness it would continue.
