@cornettfitness32 used to joke that he knew if it was gonna be a 'Good Sasha Day' or 'Bad Sasha Day' purely off what the scale produced each morning.
Seriously thankful it's not controlling my life these day! Bc Friends... It's no way to live!! I'm more concered now with how clothes fit/feel than that number. And right now I'm v happy! I've been leaner, I've been thicker, and like I always preach: we gotta love & value ourselves at all sizes.
I will be slowly tightening up these coming months for summer, but I'm on that tortoise game. Slow and steady. Little changes each week. Mental state and metabolism on point. Still enjoying balance and weekly free meals. Slow and steady 🙏🏻
