SHOULDER DAY IS INTERESTING
I have to use a wide variety of weights.
17.5 pounds down to 5 pounds.
At the end my shoulders were seriously burning, like I have never felt them burn before!
I was grumpy with myself for not doing my #frontraises with 10s like last week😝
I am trying to really focus on form and not worry about increasing weight too much more. I am pretty much at my limit any way.

I actually LOVE these !!! We are now doing them x4 back and forth. I’ve seen amazing results with this guy @josephkazfit in a very short period of time despite the fact that it looks like he is doing nothing. 🤣 The weight loss has been great but it is so secondary at this point. I’m beyond appreciative and can’t say enough good things about this kid. He makes training fun and is hands down the BEST personal trainer @goodlifefitness has on staff and I don’t want it to end. 😭

I want to go to another expo again. When we were at the Arnold, I wanted to hit the gym harder than ever. I need that motivation again to keep pushing me. Need to stay focused and get to my goal!
I remember when I use to be able to stay up until midnight for the time to change over for my birthday but now I can barely keep my eyes open past 10 pm. Ya boy turns 21 tomorrow! I’m actually excited and looking forward to it!
Never really been good at the barbell pendlay row but I wanted to see how much I could do. Form wasn’t exactly what I wanted, but I’m happy to see my strength hasn’t decreased yet.
