Firstly and most importantly, I need to thank every person who supported my comp prep this year. I needed it more than ever this year and when I needed these people they never once let me down.
I know it’s not easy to be in a support role for somebody competing. We get tired to the point of exhaustion a lot, hungry as hell and likely moody because of it, can’t go out and socialise like we use to because it’s just not practical and we change in a million ways in a short period of time. It’s hard for the people around us to understand and react to but I try and keep it in mind that it’s my choice and privilege to compete. I just have to make up for it all when I can.
The people in these photos are the people who supported me most. My family and friends. From my mum doing washing for me when I was coming home late and dead from the gym after work to my friends convincing me to hang in there when I wanted to quit so badly. My wins in this sport are equally theirs as they are mine because I need them to achieve these things. I love you all and can’t wait to be back to doing what i love ❤️

Healthy snacks are suuuuper important to have on hand, especially when you have a crazy schedule, lots of unexpected things come up, etc.
You’ll be way more successful with managing your weight, reaching your fitness goals, etc. when you prepare yourself.👏🏻
How many times have you been in a pinch & ran into the closest convenient store or market or bakery & grabbed something that you knewww wasn’t a healthy choice that would nourish your body, but it was quick & convenient so you caved & went with it anyways🙋🏼♂️🙋🏻♀️
SOLUTION: Prep healthy snacks for the week to have ready to grab & go.
ANDDDD👏🏻 HEALTHY doesn’t have to be boring. You can flavor chickpeas a ton of different ways and as long as you fully cook them and get them crispy all the way through, they’re DELISH & macro/calorie-friendly😉🙌🏻😍
This recipe is more of a sweet-tooth satisfier, but add a lil dash of sea salt & ya get that sweet & salty combo.🤤🙌🏻
