Failure post: HOW DESPERATE ARE YOU A lot people inside gym including me, amateurs or professionals both have one thing or we can say one aim in their mind & that is to break their max weight. Thats one good thing which adds to your progress.. but wait.. not like this above way. Definitely not. ➡️ Video 1- Trying to push 100Lbs on an incline bench. Fof I would sincerely thanks @bhushan_namaslay for bearing me here with this terrible planning. So from where it comes Seeing those giant guys in gym working from years to reach that weight & sometimes you think you can reach that quick & this is what happens 😝. Tip- dont be this stupid. ➡️ Video 2- Again near same story but with 90lbs. All i can say is i was desperate with a failed planning. ➡️ Video 3- 100lb on Flat bench. Did a smart work, didn’t carry weight myself. You can see i still have that fear of dropping the weight, losing balance somewhere and little help from my friend @mjooood_44 ➡️ Video 4- 90lbs on Flat bench. Great planning and proper execution. Without spotter and without losing balance. ➡️ Video 5- 100lbs on Flat Bench. I believe somewhat 85% execution here. Losing slight balance only because of improper position of my lower body from the start.
In short, plan your lifting with your diet and your mindset. And dont be ever stupid like me. #fitnessmotivation #bodybuilding #failure #learner
Had an amazing full body workout with my buddy @erniebiggs1 today at @kingsgymofficial.
Some may ask am I a Personal Trainer No is the answer to that, not yet. However I am experienced in the journey of transformation. Not so long ago, I too was out of shape. .
I know for a fact that my journey so far has not only been physically demanding but also mentally and emotionally. From my experience if all 3 elements of mental, emotional and physical are not interlinked the journey will truly be more difficult. .
Whatever your transformation goal is in life, ensure those 3 elements are interlinked. So that when your near that goal you will see it's a lifestyle and not just a quick fix. @erniebiggs1 keep pushing my bro, patience and consistency is key✊🏽
When I was growing up I hated the way I look (still do sometimes). I hated everything about me from my curly hair, to my tan skin, all the way down to my thick thighs.
But now being a little older and having people around me who love and care about me I feel different about how I look.
I can now appreciate myself for everything I have.
I know I am far from perfect and still have a lot of hard work to do before I can reach my goals.
But that’s okay as long as I have the people who love and support me I’ll be just fine

Just another morning abs picture. I know I don’t have the most defined abs but I’m really happy with what I have. #gymlife #abs #curlyhair
