We're fortunate enough to live in a time of plenty. We no longer have to suit up and go hunting to find some meat, or raise grow and harvest our own crops if we want to eat veggies. Convenient, tasty and shelf stable processed foods are available all year round! -
On one hand this makes life hella easy! -
We can just buy bread instead of having to grow and refine everything needed to start the cooking process. -
We can just buy a bag of frozen veggies instead of having to go to the trouble of growing every different kind of veggie possible. -
We can just buy a can of chopped tomatoes instead of having to figure out how the hell you do that yourself! -
So, minimally processed foods such as cold pressed olive oil, frozen veggies, canned tomatoes or yogurt can absolutely be a part of your diet! -
But why could this be a problem? -
Most processed foods are high in calories and low in nutrients. They usually have a lot of sugar, salt, and or industrially produced fats. They also make it difficult for us to know when were actually hungry or full -
How can we fix this? -
1 - Dietary Displacement. When we fill up on the good stuff, there's no room for bad stuff!
2 - Healthy Substitutes. Come up with a list of potentially healthy substitutes for the processed foods you like!
3 - Moving Along The Continuum. Just try to be 1% better than yesterday!

Лично я с этим борюсь!!!!!! Тема касается тренировок и то как мы себя не можем заставить идти в зал потому что мы перфекционисты и мы должны все делать идеально!!!! Мы начинаем в ПОНЕДЕЛЬНИК, а не сегодня, с надеждой, что вот, сейчас кааааак начну тренить....😁а если пропускаем, то забиваем на тренировки насовсем, потому что 1 раз не имеет смысла! . 🤦‍♀️ А я скажу смысл есть всегда!!!! И всё это невидемые барьеры, которые 
не дают нам двигаться вперед! .
