3 miles in the sun today with hubby and my 2 boys 😊😎 Still feeling really good with my running, other than my feet sometimes going numb and falling asleep 😩😒 anybody got any tips to prevent that?? Still able to get 15-20 miles a week in, so I'm definitely a happy camper 😁💪

My new favorite leg/glute day finishers and conditioning work: jump rope and pistol squat practice. One day I'll look back and say, "wow look how much I struggled with pistol squats". I do 5 minutes jump roping after hip thrusts, lunges, dead lifts, sumo squats, etc. Anybody else find their shoulders tightening up just from using the jump rope? It really is a great full body workout in its own. Good cardio without having to run a second. 
I just made mastering pistol squats a goal so I'm starting where I can. I have to do them on the steps and my left leg is completely incapable of bringing me back up right now, but someday it will. I believe in me! Lol
Also my 2 year old gives me some extra obstacles whenever I'm working out. Gives me extra practice with my balance which has actually always been really good my whole life, like exceptionally good. But here I was doing it after a full workout so I was tired and probably had a ton of lactic acid wearing me out. Anyways make sure you check out the last video where she's throwing toys past me!

Here is my "test my limit" attempt of tricep Pushdowns normally I go lighter and focus on the contractions. Tricep Pushdowns best exercise for tricep thickness in my opinion. Focus on the slower eccentric movement rather than quick reps. As you bring the bar back up control the movement with your forearms and keep your tricep in line with your body for the best technique. It'sget bigger triceps or have a pump for a day. Here is 95kg for 5. #fullstack
