A simple 45 minute walk in the morning or end of the day can make a huge impact on your weight loss and general health when you’re being consistent.

You may not see results right away, but adding a small amount of physical activity every day adds up over time. You can look back at your month and realize you spent zero time being active, OR you can feel good about including a little bit here and there. Use your time wisely and don’t waste it on anything that isn’t beneficial to you!

I asked this question on social media a couple weeks back, and I was surprised by how many people answered “no 😩”

I sometimes forget what it’s like to have a community to hold you to your word. But looking back… I realize that the years in my 20s that I tried fad diet’s, paid for gym memberships that I barely used, and could never figure out how to stick to my resolution… I never had any actual person holding me accountable to my goals.

Losing weight is hard. Meal prepping as hard. Exercising is hard. Saying no to cake is hard. Not drinking wine every single night after a stressful day at work is hard.
.
But when you are working on bettering yourself with a group of like-minded people that are doing the same… It is not as hard. Community means everything, so I ask you… Did the people around you support your goals, or hinder you from them?

I am proud to have started a Fitness Community that is the tough love I need at times💕😝 It’s that voice that whispers “girlfriend, make your damn salad for lunch” or “easy on the portions of the mac and cheese.” But it is also the voice that always cheers “YOU GOT THIS” and reminds me why I started.
