WELL THIS WEEK HAS BEEN A BIT OF A B**CH 
Back to back peak weeks took its toll! Yesterday I HIT A WALL big style and took a complete day rest! I hate feeling defeated but sometimes you just have to listen to your body and say enough is enough!!! Thankfully, I am a new person today physically and mentally and very pleased that I listened to my body!!! Come back today with all the energy and hit a BIG BACK session, smashed my cardio early doors and super grateful for the increase in food this week 馃檶馃徏 With 3.5 weeks until the finals I intend to bring my best yet! Taking a day at a time and ticking all the boxes! For this I need to ensure rest, recovery, sleep and chilled vibes is my number 1 priority!!! Hmm 馃 and I thought I don鈥檛 like roads... 馃し馃徎鈥嶁檧锔 but I had such an amazing run now that I may start to like roads again. First of all I was so lazy to go. And then I wanted to go easy 6鈥 pace with 5鈥 lap in between. But then I felt really good so I made it all race tempo. Ville have filmet alle mine 酶velser, men fandt hurtigt ud af at mine filming skills er noget n忙r ikke eksisterende.. s氓 det blev kun til tre videoer 馃檮 jeg tr忙ner selv omkring 4-5 gange om ugen og tr忙ner enten: full body eller upper/lower body. N氓r jeg tr忙ner starter jeg altid med mine tunge compound l酶ft (compound 酶velser er de 酶velser der tr忙ner flere muskelgrupper p氓 en gang). Jeg anbefaler ogs氓 mine klienter at starte med compounds f酶rst, s氓 forts忙tte med mere isolerede 酶velser og s氓 til sidst lave cardio, hvis man lyster. Man kan sagtens starte sin tr忙ning med cardio, men s氓 er der st酶rre chance for at man udmatter sig selv inden man overhovedet n氓r til sin styrketr忙ning og derved vil man m氓ske ikke kunne l酶fte lige s氓 meget som man ville kunne, hvis man havde lavet sin cardio til sidst. Det er selvf酶lgelig forskelligt fra person til person og med tr忙ning (medmindre man tr忙ner op til noget specielt) synes jeg personligt at det vigtigste er at man laver de 酶velser og f酶lger den struktur som man selv nyder og synes er fed, hvilket p氓 l忙ngere sigt vil v忙re med til at holde motivationen oppe.

We gave Adam a short time frame, 30 days of full commitment is doable even for him! This tackled the issue of adherence aswell! The short time frame also aided in Adams ditching of the booze. Along with a pretty decent calorie deficit, he soon realised that food would take priority over alcoholic calories. 鉁

Good day for compounds! Weights were feeling good and I was feeling strong. Sitting at around 148lbs and eating about 2500 calories. Expecting to sit at around 155-160lbs by February eating close to 3000 calories before I start my cut in March. Only about 20ish weeks (give or take) of bulking left!! Time is going by quick and have put on some size but only about 11kbs since I started. Excited to see what my body will unveil by the end of all this!!
