El ejercicio de peso muerto libre es uno de los más importantes del mundo del fitness. Todo aquel que quiera mejorar su condición física, debe realizar este movimiento. Es tan beneficioso gracias al gran número de zonas del cuerpo que se trabaja: isquiotibiales, cuádriceps, glúteos, músculos de la espalda y del hombro .

El paso a paso para hacer un peso muerto libre es el siguiente:

1. Colócate en pie con las piernas separadas a la anchura de los hombros. Situar los pies apuntando hacia afuera te dará más equilibrio.

2. Flexiona las rodillas manteniendo la espalda totalmente recta, como si trataras de sentarte.

3. Empieza a descender utilizando las caderas, intentando que los muslos queden paralelos al suelo. La parte inferior de las piernas deben permanecer en vertical. El pie y la zona inferior de las piernas tiene que formar un ángulo recto.

4. Pon la espalda recta y mira hacia adelante en todo momento. La cabeza tiene que estar completamente alineada con la espalda.

5. Para ascender, levanta los hombros y la cadera al mismo tiempo manteniendo la espalda erguida.

6. Una vez has llegado a la posición inicial, vuelve a repetir el movimiento.

My life is far from perfect! .
I often get asked how I juggle work life and working out. Well TBH and as heart breaking as it is to say Iv been off work since begining of June as I can't legally practice being a nurse until I pass my F**KING NCLEX RN exam
.
My days have been gym and studying for a while now. But while I was working I got myself into a routine where I'd wake up be at the gym for 530am do 1h cardio work from 730 to 730 (on a good day with no OT) and then hit the gym after work for my weights. This worked for me if I was too tired to workout during my 4 shifts on I'd take a rest day or 2 and hit it hard on my 5 days off
.
Meals don't change if I work days I eat my already prepped meals during the day if I worked nights I eat most my meals during the night. If you stick to good food rather its day or night you will reach your goals
.
YES I desire things I shouldn't, I get lazy, I get down, but I always get back up because I remind myself of where I was and where I am now and what I truly want for my health and wellbeing ♡
.
Don't give up on yourself times will get rough you will feel like quitting like it's not worth it but TRUST me YOU have ONE BODY, ONE LIFE, ONE HEALTH. Take care of it before it's too late

Let’s talk about stretching: do you guys do it or nah? If you’re in the “nah, not really” camp, listen up: YOU. GOTTA. STRETCH, mah friend. But what does this mean exactly? And when should you do it? Whelp, there are a few schools of thought on this, but research consistently points to the idea that your pre-workout stretching should be dynamic: think arm circles, hip circles, some sun salutations, glute bridges- basically “moving” stretches that get your joints and muscles warmed up and ready for exercise. Post-workout, it’s time for foam-rolling and static stretches- these are stretches that you hold for approximately 30 seconds or so, and these should be based on the muscle groups you’ve just worked. For example: if you’ve done a lot of deadlifts, you should foam roll and stretch your hamstrings, glutes, and lats. And for God’s sake, if you’re not foam rolling yet, go buy one today. Like, right now. Foam-rolling not only eases sore, tight muscles, but it increases range of motion, too (which you’ll need if you want to reach your full potential with strength-training). .
I don’t feel as though my workout is complete unless I’ve taken the 5-20 minutes required to properly stretch afterwards. Plus it’s a really nice opportunity to check in with your body, relax your mind, and let your muscles recover. 🧘‍♀️ .

I feel so good 😊 When you focus on being positive, improving your self daily and forget about negative irrelevant people. Than great things start happening in your life! Stop focusing on what others do or say about your dreams, instead start focusing on your self and improving your mind and body! When you learn that your mind and body are limitless, you become unstoppable. As for the people who try to stop you and your dreams, those people will eventually realize that it brings them no where in life. Have a good heart, do good for others, and you’ll get good things in return. My purpose here on this platform is to influence others positively and let them know I am just a message away when they need to talk to someone! You will always win when you choose to be positive and ignore negative people, I promise ❤️🙏🏼 PS, I waited 3 days for my facial hair to grow just so I could take a picture in my favorite lighting spot in the house. That’s dedication right there lol! I like this look on me makes me look bold and tough, when I shave it makes me look 16 🤣🖤

I feel so good 😊 When you focus on being positive, improving your self daily and forget about negative irrelevant people. Than great things start happening in your life! Stop focusing on what others do or say about your dreams, instead start focusing on your self and improving your mind and body! When you learn that your mind and body are limitless, you become unstoppable. As for the people who try to stop you and your dreams, those people will eventually realize that it brings them no where in life.
