Hello my dear foodies 🌱
I've been away from the kitchen and the page for a little while,
I had to focus a lot on my career and then taking a step back from this world to heal injuries and to have a mental break.
I went through a lot and couldn't cook and share recipes with you cause I wasn't happy at all. When I created new recipes or simply cooking I put all my joy and love in the plate. So there were literally none of that in my life and I preferred to keep my love for cooking for later.
My body changed a lot and actually for the good. I was way too skinny and not healthy and was always pushing myself to exercise more and never rest. I started to faint and hurt myself . I was training 12h a day everyday and 4 to 5 hours on my only day off. From that and other reasons I went to a brutal phase of depression and I stopped dancing (or a maximum of 3hours a day which is nothing for me) I was sad, stressed, and all the bad things you can imagine.
Everyone who knows me could say that I'm a really happy, funny and full of joy person. I was literally the opposite of that during this period.
I took a lot of weight in 6 months and this mad me even more sad. °
I took hard decisions about my life but for the better. To heal, baby steps by baby steps and becoming a new me, a healthy me, the real me.
I can say now that I've actually never been happier, I feel me and I live as I decide to.
I met incredible people, went closer to some and away from others. It's for the best and I wish to all of you to live your own life and to feel everything you can. Don't push your feelings away, it's a part of you. °

Ooooo I’ve been craving these all day- These are the blueberry with cream cheese bomb pancakes by The queen here self @chrissyteigen. I made them at the beginning of the year and MANNNNN they were good thinking of making them again Saturday. also I didn’t wake up until 10 today (woahhh) and I’ve spent all day catching up on laundry and cleaned my room and organized all of my products like oooo I love this energy.
I'm going to miss fresh fruit in the dead of winter! But for now, I'll indulge and slap on some winter weight to keep me warm when the snow is waist high. Plum, blueberry and ground cherry tart. The plums and ground cherries are homegrown but the blueberries are not. They are local so that's a plus. I've been freezing fresh fruit for weeks now. My freezer is almost full and I haven't even gotten to the peaches yet! PS: someone made a comment about the negative space on the tart. iTs aRT, lOoK iT Up!!! Plus I like to have a slice with coffee in the morning sans fruit.
Just a quick shoutout to my incredibly talented and sweet friend @larissa_neto. Also known as @bakey.bakes! Every time I try something of hers I think “this is the best ___ I’ve ever had” 😂 but to this day, her signature UBE CRINKLE COOKIES are top 10 of things I’ve ever put in my mouth. These thicc babies are MOIST AF too, GOD. Please just order some and try for yourself 😍😍😍😍 especially if you’ve never tried something Ube flavored - I am now hooked on Ube because of these!!! Even my sister @goyifomv who is not big on sweets, gave these a stamp of approval!

One of my all time favourite salads that I used to get often at a wood burning pizza restaurant where I worked. I will never make it as good as they do.. I need their secret but this is my best shot! The salad is Balsamic Chicken with Roasted red peppers, Grilled zucchini, crumbled goat cheese and tossed with Mixed Greens and Balsamic Vinaigrette. So delicious! 😋

All you need is love. But a little bit of chocolate every now and then doesn’t hurt. Especially when you add some CBD 🌱
Melt 2 tbs of cacao butter with 2 tbs of cacao powder and 1 tbs of coconut oil. Add a dash of vanilla, 1 tsp maca powder, 1 tsp raw honey and 1 dropper CBD oil. Pour into some spoons or molds and let set in the fridge
I’ve been taking CBD for a while now and I love what it does for my mental and physical wellbeing. And no, it doesn’t get you high as a kite. 🍋
I always opt for the full-spectrum CBD oil. And just as with every herbal product, make sure to do your research and only buy from a trustworthy supplier. If you think the CBD is too cheap, it probably is too good to be true
