Useful and tasty cocktail "Good digestion"
per 100 grams - 83.23 kcal
B / F / L - 2.78 / 1.38 / 15.23
Kefir - 170 gr
Prunes - 3-4 pieces
Banana - 70 gr
Rinse prunes, if solid, then pre-pour boiling water and let it brew. Pour into a blender prunes, chopped banana, pour kefir there (you can mix it with milk, if you don’t like kefir), beat everything together. Pour into glasses, insert straws and decorate at discretion.
If you have stomach problems - drink this cocktail in the evening and in the morning you can easily resolve them.

Since some of you are wondering what I’ve been making with that 4.1 pound 🦞 claw, here is our first dish! Lobster sushi roll. But the recipe I used called for 3+1/3 cup short grain rice and 4 cups of water. Totally bad ratio and bad recipe. My rice was too mushy...but the lobster was great!
Fun Fact: Did you know that rice is so sticky that it was used in the 15th and 16th centuries in combination with calcium carbonate to act as a mortar for the Great Wall of China!

FILLETS OF CODES UNDER RAW.
Tasty and quick dish
Шт2pcs cod fillets (approximately 180g each)
🔸2 tbsp. 15% cream
Г80gr hard cheese
🔸2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard (or any non-spicy)
🔸 salt / pepper
Cut the fillets into 4 pieces and place them on a greased baking sheet (it should fit the size, if not, then make the boats out of foil). Salt, pepper.
Sour cream mixed with mustard.
Cheese (I have Syrobogatov Light) grate on a fine grater and mix with sour cream. You should get a pasty mixture, if thick, you can add more sour cream or 2 tbsp. milk
Lubricate our fillet with the resulting sauce on top and set in an oven preheated to 200g for 20-25 minutes. In the last five minutes, you can turn on the grill and slightly redden the fish.
