You can’t even imagine how good the food is in Athens 🇬🇷 But how do you travel and also stay on track 🤔 Food is usually a large part of culture and travel so personally I eat what I like 🤷🏻♀️ (sorry but who is actually going to share meals, skip desert, go easy on the wine.. not many) anyways.. the but.. you have to be prepared to get straight back into it when you return home
You can gain ALOT of weight in a short period of time whist on vacation, but if you return to a good nutritional program or if you follow good nutritional guidelines once you return you can enjoy your holiday guilt free knowing that once you return you’ll go straight back to your regular healthy eating
What is good nutrition. If you can say that you are happy with the way you feel, look and perform and that you are in control of what you eat.
More practical advice would be
1. Eating 100g veggies with every meal
2. Eating protein in every meal (1g per lb of body weight)
3. Eating complex carbohydrates/ Fats with 2 or more meals per day
4. Using an app to track your calories
5. Getting a professional to guide / coach you

Whole protein sources such as eggs, meat or dairy have enough BCAAs and all the other amino acids to achieve this. 👌🏼 Save your money. Spend it on good quality high protein food and if you need a supplement, just go for either whey or plant-based protein (like pea protein). 👍🏼 The rest of your energy should be focussed on nailing your exercise, sleep and stress management. 💯

Cơ mà may là quán thái hành khá to nên khỏa khỏa đi là trộm vía không dính miếng nào.
Vô quán lần đầu em thấy quán có nhiều loại bát vc, xanh, đỏ, vàng, v.v. Em gọi bát xanh truyền thống, không móng và thay bằng tiết.
Nước dùng ngon, bún sợi to như bao hàng khác, thịt bò chín xuất sắc thật sự vì có phần gân đan xen với thịt, có nửa miếng giò, chả bò chả cua gì đó nữa nhưng mà hơi bé các bác ạ, ăn miếng là hết. Tiết ở đây hơi rắn, không mềm mềm mọng nước như ở Nét Huế nên em hơi bùn xíu
Nhưng nhìn chung là vẫn ổn nhà các bác, quán rộng, phục vụ nhanh, còn có người dắt xe, ngay mặt đường Láng nên siêu dễ tìm mỗi tội ở đấy có cái kiểu vẫy vẫy tranh khách của mấy quán cạnh nhau em không cho ưng lắm.

If you want to experience this decadent dish in all its pomp and glory then head to East India Room ~ Raajkutir. It's a Russian dish named after the queen city of Ukraine; Kiev. A La Kiev is made of chicken fillet that is pounded and rolled around cold butter, then coated with eggs and bread crumbs, which is then either fried or baked.
P.S. Be very careful as a melted stream of flavourful hot butter may squirt onto you during the first cut of the chicken.
