The Lazy Italian Meal Prep! 🇮🇹🥖🌶🥬🍅✔️
✔️ Featuring Hot Peppers & Sausage Dinner
✔️ Spicy Salami & Green Spring Mix Salad
✔️ Make’it at Home Italian Oil Dressing
🔺 1 pack of hot Italian sausage, sliced
🔺 1 medium sliced yellow onion, red pepper, green pepper, and yellow pepper
🔺 1/4 Cup olive oil
🔺 Seasonings: 2 tsp. Salt & Pepper, 2 tbsp. dry oregano, garlic, and parsley
🇮🇹 Fry it all off and Enjoy for dinner with a nice glass of Vini! I also like to add in some red pepper flakes for extra HEAT
🥬 1 Pack of Fresh Spring Mix
🥬 1 Pack of Cherry Tomatoes
🥬 1 Jar, drained of black olives
🥬 1 diced cucumber
🥬 Spicy Salami
🇮🇹 Divide up in container in equal parts for lunches!
🌱 1/4 cup of olive oil
🌱 Optional (few drops of balsamic and fresh squeeze lemon juice) <- Mm Tart☺️
🌱 Dash of the following: ground salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder, and Italian seasonings. If you don’t have Italian just use dry parsley and oregano.
Sticky rice meatballs 🍚🍡 #珍珠丸子 #liketchen #recipe👇🏻 Soak sticky rice for 30 mins, set aside. Rough cut your carrot and onion, throw in the food processor until finely chopped. Mix it with the minced pork, add soy sauce, salt, white pepper, dash of sesame oil and splashes of water. Mix until it comes together (imagine your usual dumpling mix). Drain your pre-soaked sticky rice, and roll the meatballs with spoons loosely, let them play around in the sticky rice until fully covered, imagine kids in clay pools. Place your bamboo steamer in a pot, and let steam for approx 10 minutes, until the sticky rice becomes transparent in colour. Eat with hands and any desirable side dish.

🥥 Chocho & Coconut Bliss Balls
⏲ Under 10 mins | Yields 15 Mini-Balls
Have you heard of Chocho! If not, you are missing out! Chocho Protein Powder is a clean, nutrient dense protein source & SUCH an amazing addition to any recipe 🤩 Chocho Powder has a lot more benefits that Almond, Coconut, & Chickpea Flour. 😱 I could snack on these Bliss Babies all day!!
▫️1/2 cup Dates (@wholefoods)
▫️1/4 cup Almonds (or your choice of nuts)
▫️1/4 cup Cacao Nibs
▫️1/2 cup Shredded Toasted Coconut
▫️1 tbsp Chocho Powder (@fivesunsfoods)
Start off by blending your dates & almonds in a food processor until evenly chopped. Then add in your cacao nibs, coconut (save some for rolling), & Chocho Powder.
Then, use a tbsp measurer to scoop out the batter & roll into small balls. Then roll into your leftover toasted coconut.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge. They won’t be there for long! 🤤
