What a day of food looks like when I don’t have a salad, which doesn’t happen very often because I usually crave my veggies in the evenings 😋🥗⁣

Even when I’m not having a salad, I still make sure to get plenty of mineral salt rich foods like celery and green juice, wild blueberries, barley grass juice powder, spirulina, dulse, etc. 🤓⁣

As much as I love fruits, I don’t feel satisfied or balanced if I eat only fruits with no greens/veggies. I think both glucose and mineral salts are very important for our well being ☺️⁣

For my pains, I used the iMaragolde turmeric based F5 spice mix in my teas through out the weekend. And right now, my pains are gone. 
But you could also take pineapple which is also a very potent pain killer. Don’t leave out it’s core (very high in bromelain)

For this, cut pineapple into chunks. Boil in water for some minutes. Set it aside until it cools down a bit. Drink 2x or 3x daily depending on the severity of your pain. 
Try this and thank me later.

Healing Step #1: Eat More Fruit!🍉 🍎🍐🍇🍊🥭 Fruit is the most healing food on the planet and the food our bodies were most made to eat.

The healthy, natural sugars we get from fruit is what our body runs on! And the vitamins, minerals and antioxidants are so good for our health.

Fruit is literally the fountain of youth, it’s so delicious, and in most places easily accessible!

There are some rules with fruit that will help you get the most healing benefits out of them and they are as follows:

1. Eat melon by itself

2. Eat fruit by itself or with greens or herbs 
3. If you’re having another meal but want to get some benefits from fruit too, eat your fruit FIRST.

4. Buy organic (and even better local organic!) whenever possible.

And that’s it!

The more fruit you eat, the better you will feel. But take it slow if you are healing from a serious condition. Fruit is so healing that you can detoxify too fast, so if you get any negative symptoms, feel free to slow it down.

Eating fruit allows you to push the junky foods out of your diet. 
And eating fruit was the main thing that helped me heal my body from chronic and progressive joint pain.

Maar al die suikers in fruit veroorzaakt dat niet gigantische pieken in je bloedsuikerspiegel? 
Allereerst, bij alles wat je eet ontstaat er een reactie van je lichaam. Dat is normaal en dat is gezond. 
Natuurlijke voedingsmiddelen veroorzaken een natuurlijke reactie. Onnatuurlijke voedingsmiddelen veroorzaken ook onnatuurlijke reacties in het lichaam. 
Fruit, zelfs super zoet fruit, veroorzaakt veel minder hoge bloedsuikerspiegel dan bijvoorbeeld volkoren brood, gekookte aardappelen en zelfs magere yoghurt.

New love: #engkala and old flame #dabai. Which got me thinking: both fruits are savory, fatty and somewhat cheesy. Before coming to Borneo I just assumed fruits are sweet and juicy on the most part and never would have imagined funky cheesy fruits existed. Why are there so few of them tho? Why are they not represented in the fruit isles of supermarkets? Is it because humans were already saturated with cooked food where salty and fatty tastes abound and nobody cared to cultivate these fruits? Is it because our taste buds are so adulterated with condiments no-one can appreciate their subtle flavors? Or is it because we are not meant to eat a lot of fatty fruits or even eat them at all? I mean both fruits in the picture need to be soaked or beaten or defrosted or half-gone as in the case of the best engkals to be edible. Still, I am so freaking grateful for these fruits, a diet with these for dinner with durian, mangosteen, coconut and terap during the day has me feeling so freaking satisfied its like Im in fruit heaven every day. Did I mention the occasional rollinia deliciosa here and there? For me, Borneo really delivers the promised garden of Eden. Side topic: both of the fruits in the pic are fragile to transport, both will rot fast if put in plastic. From our experience reuseable mesh bags (fishnet) are optimal for their storage, if not, a fabric bag left open is best. If you go fruit shopping please go equipped with you own bags. I’ve seen too many people even amongst the fruit-loving crowd use plastic bags. Remember ever bit if plastic you ever used still exists, somewhere. I know in Asia the market sellers are super quick to pack everything in plastic - sometimes all it takes is you looking at a particular fruit and they will immediately pack it into a plastic bag to pressure you into a quick purchase. Sometimes they will insist on packing fruits in plastic just to weigh them but then you can still leave behind the plastic bag for them to reuse. Wherever you are, learn the local dialect for ‘no plastic, I already have a bag’, stay firm and think twice before littering our planet with one more plastic bag 🌏

Find support when you need it! ❤ 
I used to lack the number one support team in my life: ME.
I was so used to doing everything myself, the old pattern of perfectionism, never feeling good enough, believing achieving is where the value is.
Can you relate?

Even after falling really ill, bedridden, I shied away from support. 
Not used to letting anyone in. 
Not used to feel I was worthy of support.
I did NOT want to burden anyone.
Thinking that my life was MY business. (And it is, but support is still important)
Thinking alone was good.

HUGE mistake. 
And you know what?
I don't think I had a sound idea of what support would even look like. 
Not in my emotional vocabulary.
If this is you, have compassion for yourself, as you ARE worthy.
Heck, you ARE the amazing future you deserve!

Community is empowering, and taking back your power has many steps, it´s a process.

Finding your why,
Setting a goal,
Creating a vision board,
Scheduling everything
Finding support,
Decluttering your life,
Being of service,
Taking responsibility for ALL of you.

Reaching out for support is a valuable lesson to learn when achieving anything. Although being accountable to YOU is the ultimate goal, sometimes we do need support along the way. 
Once you have your WHY clear, your goal, your vision you’re your schedule clear, tell someone. 
Tell someone!

Today, tell a trusted positive loving friend or partner what you need from them. 
Take action steps:
Join a group of likeminded people for ongoing cheers and support.
Spend time among positive brothers and sisters. 
Find a Mentor.⬇️⬇️⬇️

Right now, he’s working to establish @fruithavenecovillage a permaculture fruit farm, with the goal of restoring rainforest once used for cattle pasture, and establishing a community that lives almost entirely off grid, hopefully inspiring the local community to establish more sustainable agricultural practices. He is a brilliant human being, with a vision well ahead of his time. Peter has dedicated his life to this project, and passionately shares his wealth of knowledge with all the volunteers passing through fruit haven eco village. His dedication and hard work has inspired us so deeply, to do whatever we can to save the earth we call home.
