- Dairy products, milk, yogurt, cheese
- Veggies and legumes/beans
- Lean meats and poultry, fish, eggs, tofu and nuts
- Grains- wholegrain and fibers
3. It is also important to choose different types of foods from within each of the groups
Not only this but CULTURAL FOOD… I’m talking about Chinese, Thai, Malaysian, Indian, Mexican, Italian and the list goes on!!✅
These foods have fed people for hundreds of years and they encompass most of these groups in a wide range of DELICIOUS recipes.👏

New week, new goals 💪🏼. Starting the second week of my new training plan where I’m focusing on hamstrings, quads & calves 😅. This means I’ll ATTEMPT to train them three times this week with only one days rest between each 😭🌚.
Day 1 = heavy weight low reps.
Day 2 = low weight high reps.
Day 3 = moderate weight and rep range.
Usually after I train hamstrings & quads I can’t move them for a good two days so this will be interesting 😅.
Shocking/overloading your muscles is so important for growth so let’s see how this goes this week👊🏼. #goals #monday #happy

I have a lot of food posts incoming. These American style cinnamon chips were from @aldiuk a while ago when they had a week of American products in. I can’t say I’ve ever had cinnamon cereal before but they were surprisingly not sickly. Not something you could have every day which is half the reason it took so long to eat. Not bad as an occasional treat. And, of course, @sophieldavies93 idea of hell! 😂
