Every morning this week I have woken with a fire in my belly and an insane drive in my heart 💜
I feel like every time I decide to prep this fire gets bigger, my motivations get clearer and my drive becomes easier to hold on to.
So many people never find that huge thing that lights them up. It could be something as simple as dancing, dating someone, working a job or going on holiday. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I’ve worked hard to find multiple outlets in my life that light me up. I’ve worked hard to position myself so I can live my dreams. Every day I waken up and I remind myself I chose this. I ask myself if I’m happy and I remind myself of my vision.
I created this and I won’t stop until it is everything I want and everything I don’t know that exists yet.

The lift of life🙌🏋️♂️ The deadlift works on the whole posterior chain. If you can do this movement until the day you die, you’ll have a pretty well functioning body! (Until you actually die of course🤷♂️🙈) it strengthens all the muscles needed to help with keeping us upright, as we age our posture gets worse and worse. It’s important that we counter this with a good weight training program.

I’m never going to fit into the traditional standard of beauty that society sets , but I refuse to let society tell me what’s beautiful. Beauty has so many forms, and I think each person displays it in one way or another. I’ve learned to love myself, even the parts of me that I used to hate, because all of the flaws, the insecurities, and the parts of me I wanted so desperately to change are what make me, me. There is always going to be someone that society tells you is “more beautiful” or “looks better” but there’s never going to be a better you, and no one does you better. In a world full of perfect bodies and perfect faces, be you, and do it confidently, I think that’s beautiful 💛💛 #beyoutiful
