Well... I'm back to strict keto in hopes of getting over my plateau. When I first started keto, I tracked everything in an app and got obsessed over the numbers which turned out to be really unhealthy for me. Or at least for my mental health... So I stopped tracking so closely and just kept (rough) tabs on my net carbs. I thought I'd give this a go again to see if it helps make the scale start dropping again. So far I've noticed I'm eating a little too high of protein and not nearly enough fat. Hoping to do better! I'm also trying the carb manager app this time around. I normally do it in MyFitnessPal, but I wanted to see a more granular breakdown of the types of carbs I'm taking in daily. Fingers crossed! .
