Just a little squat vid from my last leg day still sticking with sets of 3 at the moment.
Managed to get 3 sets of 3 at 330lbs (150kg) one rep on one of the sets wasn't one of the best but managed to compose myself and follow it by a much better rep.
Slowly making strength progress after a few years of incorrect training. I'll get there eventually I'm not in no hurry.

Happy AB Monday🙌🏼 For those of you that truly watch these, I wouldn’t say that this is a beginner AB workout. A lot of these are quite difficult for me. I do 3 sets of 12 reps, both sides of core. I only have 60 seconds to show the workouts. But if any of you want a simple ab just let me know.

The ratios are getting crazier with the day, which I love! But finding leggings and jeans that fit is becoming more and more of a challenge. 😂 Grew out most of my old ones. This one is still okay though.
My absolute favorite kind of leggings Has to be seamless leggings, they're just the most comfy ones availble. They hug your booty 🍑 and feel like a second skin! It's great.

#mindsetmonday Food is everything and can either bring you instant gratification or long lasting vitality!
You know what I'm speaking about with the instant gratification it's those sweets, that fried foods and the rest of the processed crap.
It only brings you satisfaction while you are tasting it and that's it!! Trust me I know it's hard to cut out the foods we love. I remember trying the paleo diet way back when and couldnt possibly imagine not eating some of the foods that were not allowed.
Now, I still eat junk food but it's maybe only 20 percent of my diet.
I eat as clean as I can most of the time so I can enjoy those guilty pleasures when the time is right!
Because of that I stay lean, rarely get sick and feel energetic most of the time.
Not only that Steaks, eggs, fish and chicken sometimes tastes pretty damn good to me even with out being deep fried.
Think about it, its only a little time that you actually spend enjoying the taste. The rest of the day you feel tired, bloated and lethargic.
Food is everything, eat clean and you will ultimately be happier.
