Jokes aside, today was a GREAT workout. I did more than this but this was all that got shot. And it was great because I came in here STRESSED. I had a stressful day, man. Real stressful. And instead of sitting on my ass, eating bad food, and zoning out on screens aka not really doing a damn thing to process that frustration (no judgement tho, sometimes you gotta just sulk), I took that frustration into the garage. I pounded it out on the weights, got a hell of a dopamine rush, and then went for a walk in the sunshine right after. End result I don't even remember the specific moments from my day that pissed me off the most. I just feel grand. Now I'm in the kitchen in my boxers cooking my ass off and annoying my wife. Be well, yall. Take that frustration to the gym.

It’s Monday and #GymTime working #Back and #Biceps and mixing it up a bit
After crying myself to sleep last night and crying a good part of today, feeling down and defeated as the scale keeps creeping up on me this week no matter how well I eat or how much I workout, I decided to stop feeling sorry for myself. I also received so many messages of encouragement and prayers from this great support o have found here and from my friends in real life who have stuck by me on this journey and follow my progress here...I am so thankful for all of you! It meant so much. This journey is so hard. It’s full of highs and lows, but what matters is that you just keep going. I will figure out what’s going on with my lack of progression on the scale and I’m already making some tweaks that have been suggested. My story clearly won’t be that of a weightloss sensation, but one of someone who won’t quit until they see it through. And even then it will be maintaining so my story will always keep being written. If you’re following me to see how to lose a ton of weight quick, you’re following the wrong gal. But if you want to relate to someone who struggles but keeps going then here I am! 🙋♀️✌🏻. Tonight I got in an amazing workout that I found on @lean.justine page. Its her low impact dumbbell HIIT workout. Posted video clips and also a breakdown of each workout if you swipe left. You do each exercise 30 seconds and a 10 sec break and do 3 sets of them. I was wiped. Got my HR up so good and major sweat session. Will definitely be checking out more of her workouts. I followed that with a 10 min hydro massage cool down and then changed tops and did a 30 minute cardio workout on the treadmill. This momma is done!!! lol and if you read this entire post, you rock!

Went to the gym for leg day today! 30 minutes on the Stairmaster followed by leg and ab workouts!
Ran another four miles tonight, FitFam!! Wow!! I can’t believe that I am able to accomplish that!! .
Tomorrow’s my birthday, and also a good night for a rest night. I’ve ran a lot the last three nights, I sure can feel it in my legs!! .
The pre-workout and intra-workout is working really well for me now, I think it’s helping a lot! .

They are amazing, and already cooked so all you have to do is heat them up (I did it in the oven) 🔥🔥🔥! So flavorful, they would even do great in a salad cause the flavor is THEREEE 😍😊👏🏼
