Doing smth a little different and showing you some #row variations on the cables. I ♥️ rows, it’s my favorite back exercise category, and I do them every single workout. Here’s a little sample of a few different rows you can do on the cables.
1️⃣ Seated cable rows
2️⃣ Seated alternating arm rows
3️⃣ Standing rope row
4️⃣ Standing single arm row
I did these all as one big row circuit x 3

The most common misconception is that losing weight is the sole focus of fitness.
But the truth is that weight loss, being thinner or more muscular is only the aesthetic and is of very little value by itself.
What truly matter is what losing that weight & getting healthier gives you the ability to experience.
Maybe it’s confidence in your career, energy to be more productive in the day or the mental freedom to be active without fear.
Regardless, when we make this the focus of fitness the likelihood that it sticks is so much more sustainable.
Even better, you’re more likely to lose the weight because you actually enjoy the process.

I’m still in shock that I’m actually so close to finishing PWR 3.0! It is crazy to me to think that I’ve actually stuck to a program for this long. Never in my wildest dreams did I think this would have been possible! 💯
