This isn't a post to say males & females should eat differently however a post to say that everybody is different & can eat different amounts.
The amount I should eat if I am wanting to lose / maintain bodyfat or gain muscle are completely different to what Graham should eat.
I do not need the portion size that he would need, if I simply ate the amount that he did I would be in a surplus & gain bodyfat which is not my goal.
So mine here is a substitute of pasta to courgette, this again is not because I'm avoiding pasta because I'm not I bloody love pasta but more because I'm trying to include more vegetables in my meals.
Mine here is 338 calories including my garlic bread
Graham's was 671 calories 💜💜

Pretty decent day today still needs work but this is my 2nd time ever hitting 120 #. The second one was a very close PR at 125 #. You can tell how frustrated I was lol. The Snatch is the hardest movement for me but by practicing each week I’m slowly starting to feel more comfortable with it. Finally got back in there, ended up skipping yesterday because of how bad the traffic was going home, took over an hour and a half. But made up for it tonight. 45 mins of Shoulders & Abs followed by 15 mins on the Treadmill. It was a mix of jog/walk on incline. Still feeling heavy on there and don't have my groove back just yet, but I have to keep reminding myself it's been almost 21 months since I've ran consistently. When we teach, we also become learners ourselves! 📚 This past weekend, I had the opportunity to host my very first wrestling clinic aka I got to spend the day teaching elements of what I love! It’s crazy how much you pick up when trying to break it down for someone else💪🏾
Spending the day with the the young guns of the sport was inspiring and heart warming to say the least. In this life, I hope to never stop learning and never stop having fun. I hope to always have that “eager to to learn” attitude that kids seemingly always have! Whether it be life or wrestling, you never really have it all figured out. I don’t even really think that’s the goal, for me at least! Wrestling has taught me so much about life and I am STILL learning. Still messing up, still laughing, and still growing 🍃 Any opportunity I get to drop a little bit of that knowledge is an opportunity I’m grateful for!! ✨
Next up for me I’m headed to Japan 🇯🇵 for National Team camp which means more learning & getting better 🤗
