Been a while since I posted something..
I did want to share this workout with you because I wanted to highlight few things; "PAIN" and "SUFFER".
A pain should always a purpose, is to makes us move forward. We recognise to do anything great, its going to be uncomfortable, VERY uncomfortable. Beautiful good thing about our body is, is designed to resist, adapt it - change is hard, challenging.. and its has plenty of pain involved, no shortcut!
What pain is not however, is suffering. Pain is a feeling, where suffering is a state of mind. Endure pain and value it, find your WHY..

“I joined Overpower 6 months ago, after becoming increasingly fed up with my confidence, body image, and overall size! I felt like I was stuck in a rut..... Going nowhere! I didn't want to join a gym, as I knew I would not make use of the membership, or enjoy it!!
Then Overpower came along, and I feel it has changed my life. I love the training sessions, we work hard, but we laugh pretty hard too. All of the girls are such a tremendous support, as are Curtley, and the rest of the OP team, they are there for you 100%.

Girl is back doing squats 🏋🏼♀️ I sprained my left ankle very badly in one of the basketball games, ever since then I’ve been struggling to do squats (basically my ankle was stiff and any bending was causing pain). Ended up having physio therapy as I wasn’t making progress in months, that helped a little bit, but was still stiff, and then I just decided to start doing treadmill sprints and try to make my ankle stronger. Let me tell you I couldn’t sprint for more than couple minutes and the pain was bad, I just kept building strength and in a week time I was able to sprint without pain and ankle started to bend without causing me severe pain 🙌 I’m so happy that I can finally be back to hard training 🥳Thanks to @s.sfit_ for helping me to get back to squatting 🙏 and thanks to @gymunity_ for having me 🙌
