Despite a very fractured week training still managed to fit in a short session.
A-Deficit trap-bar deadlift (stand on 1x 20Kg plate) 3 sets, 8 reps @ 85Kg
B- Foot elevated reverse lunge (stand on 1 10Kg + 1 20Kg plate) 3 sets, 8 reps each leg @ 2 x 16Kg DB
C- Straight arm pull down. 3 sets, 15 reps @ 12.5Kg

So here we go the second fitnes work shop event at AJIMS was just an awesome experience out ther.me and my team had a banging energetic performance over ther and yea we could entertain evry one and made them do a lot of amazing functional workouts at the end we all got an amazing feedbacks from them which boosted us our confidence to conduct more of such workshop. I want to give special thanks to @shilpsdhi for giving such an oprtunity to showcase our capabilities and our talent. Also thank all students for being so enthusiastic co-operative with us and giving their best til the end of the event. Want to thank zuese fitness @zuesefitness . A guy at the gym today asked me why I keep coming back to the gym - why I work so hard. I half-jokingly answered "because I used to be the fat kid" ---- That's partly true. I was a fat kid and I didn't like it, so I started working out. Years later, people envy my physique. ---- But I keep working for something... Something that I'm convinced I'll never be good enough for. Something that, honestly, my physique has nothing to do with. ---- But it's something I can control. So I return, day after day, struggling to earn something that just seems out of reach. But the day I stop will be the day I miss out on it. ---- So that's the real reason I keep coming back - Because I'll never be #goodenough
@larrywheels (coming for you beast) PR 315lbs / 141.75 for 8 reps. This was a huge jump for me barely being able to get 4 reps and recovering with an ankle injury. Thanks to @terri.co for pointing out some form issues such as slight rounded back and head throwing. Also huge congrats to @keithacenas for ripping 365lbs / 164.25 off the platform.
