A few days since I got tired of everything. 😭
We say in life that there are ups and downs. 👎
Clearly I'm in one of my lowest periods in a long time.
I only think about sleeping, and when I sleep, I dream that I sleep... 💤
Being morally and physically tired all the time is really stressful for morale.
Add to that the fact that my Instagram account is not developing as I had originally planned, and you get a big depression.
The worst in years. 🙍♂️ When this state wins you, you don't think about anything positive, you cut off everyone, and you don't want to have anything to do with everyone around you.
Out of shame to compare themselves to others who succeed in their projects.... 🤷♂️ Stagnating for three years is complicated to deal with on a daily basis. 🤕
I have so many plans, but I am always afraid of judgment.
That people don't think I'm qualified enough to talk about important issues.
Working on this situation little by little, day after day, with increasingly important objectives seems to be the right solution. 🤓

Here’s a little of what went down on leg day with @clay_slay_all_day. My quads are still hurting to the touch lol.
1st exercise- single leg leg extension then both legs superset with seated hamstring curls.
2nd- Leg Press for reps then pause presses immediately after. Same set
3rd- Hack Squat. .
Here’s a tip. If you go in and give it your absolute 100% with every exercise, you don’t need to do so many exercises for each body part and over work them.
P.S. if you can still walk normal after leg day, you should probably go back and hit them again because you didn’t train them right 🤣🤷🏽♂️
