Recipe
Roast one butternut pumpkin at 200° for 20 minutes or until Lightly golden. 
In a pot Sauté two brown onions with 1 teaspoon of garlic half a teaspoon of tumeric, 1 tablespoon of coconut oil until transparent. 
Add pumpkin to pot and stir through and add vegetable stock for consistency. I’ve seen the hard work over 10 weeks that has gone into today for these athletes and for them to finish in such admirable times makes this carnival run my best and most memorable by far. So unbelievably proud of the PUSH! PT Team running the carnival run today 😊 . Some couldn’t run 100 yards when we started our training plan. One team member had an operation a couple of weeks ago but was determined to run. One was in A&E just last night but was determined to run. Several were so nervous they were physically ill in the build up and wanted to drop out on the day...but were determined to run . I love being outdoors so this morning I decided to take my workout outside to a near by park. People think you need all kind of fancy machines and equipment to get a great workout... but that’s far from true.. all you need is YOU... I had a great effective workout using three pieces of equipment.. a kettlebell, slam ball and my resistance bands. Check out today’s workout below:
4 Rounds
Set 1: 15 Reps
-Banded squats down/back
-Banded Kb deadlift to squat
-Banded kickbacks (15 per leg)
-Banded lateral raises (15 per leg)
Set 2: 15 Reps
-Kb swings
-Kb Squat to single arm upright row (15 per arm)
-Kb bicep curls 
Set 3: 10 Rounds 
5 slams balls as quickly as possible **For a cool down I did a half mile jog**
