I knew for a long time that what I had been doing no longer served me, I was already exploring new avenues. Don’t ignore the way you feel. We’re taught to just plod on because it’s what everyone else does. Whether it’s commuting to a job you hate or a relationship that destroy’s your spirit. You are wasting your precious life! You deserve so much more. All you have to do is recognise, accept, and make your first move forward. Big or small. Embrace your next chapter with joy and open arms ...move in the direction that sets your soul on fire and the let the law of attraction take care of the rest. Find peace and clarity within and learn to let go.

I hadn't climbed in years. Recently, I wanted that to change, so what did I do I left my home, I walked to a nearby climbing gym, and walked inside. I had no proper clothes, no plan, no partner, nothing-- but at least I changed my environment.

I spent a brief moment in that gym and every cell in my body remember what it feels like to climb. The environment triggered something, but seconds later I left.

A while later, I went to @mec and bought clothes. Now my clothes were sitting there mocking me: "you gonna climb, J" Shortly after, I registered at the gym, and I've gone a bunch of times since.

It was that easy.

Then I made new friends at the gym. Many better than me. And they fed me tip after tip, making me into a better climber, fast.

Big announcements from Facebook.

Sometime this year (and who knows when), they are going to be merging Facebook Messenger, Whats app and Instagram into the ONE MESSAGING PLATFORM.

Yes, this is big. It means as a business you will no longer have to use a bunch of different platforms to manage your contacts.
.
So why has Facebook decided to do this Well there's a couple of reasons but I believe the number one reason is chatbots. With one platform, it will be easier for a business to set up ONE chatbot and then use it across the one platform (as opposed to many). .
In my opinion, Facebook always looks at the best elements from it's competing social media platforms and then utilises them to its advantages.

Another super smart reason for using the one Messenger platform is that with Messenger, businesses can select who they want to hear from (or not hear from, more importantly). I believe in time there will be a shift away from email and towards Messenger in the long run. Facebook are pushing this way.
.
WeChat is obviously the key platform in China and this new Messenger will compete in a similar manner with WeChat (although who knows what regulations will do in China).
.
