TESTIMONIAL FROM 10 DAYS INSTAGRAM CHALLENGE // First I will like to say a big thank you for this opportunity given to me to be a partaker of your wealth of knowledge.
I now see that most of the testimonies shared about you are real and not formulated like I always thought 🙈(am really sorry I doubted you in the first place.
The 1k we paid cannot be compared to all the teaching and even though have not really implemented most of the things thought here, I see my likes are coming up and more people are willing to follow me willingly even without freebies.
I also realised that one has to give his or her business the attention needed. Also, if you can afford a P.A. to post stuffs online and any other thing, please get one so you can get busy with other business stuff.
Finally I promise to keep in touch and promise me you will be my friend🤗😘I love you fab more than you can imagine😘Funmi @phumiescouture
I never understand people who argue one or the other, they’re not mutually exclusive and are supposed to team up.

Early last year I started working with @berghs as a program director for the new #growthmarketing program. This semester I also started as a course director for the online program in #digitalcontent management. Love teaching and get so much inspiration from the students!
We had a great time bowling with our Georgia teams tonight! #MSREteam 🎳
This is uncomfortable, but I recently joined a 5-day challenge and today’s challenge is to share something amazing about myself. I usually don’t share what’s amazing about myself because though talk a lot to those that know me, I am not big on mushy, gushy feelings and talking about myself. I have a very small circle of friends that has recently gotten even smaller the older I get (AND that is OKAY!)
But here it goes...
Did you know that I was a construction project manager in my early 20’s, managing multiple multi-million dollar jobs all across the southern United States Yes, this was for my father’s company. However, let me tell you now - there was no favoritism or playing ‘the daughter’ card. It was quite the opposite...I started out with construction crews laughing me off the job site, or so they tried. I had to learn hard and fast; eventually earning their respect breaking glass ceiling after glass ceiling. Being very young and female in ‘the good ole boys’ construction industry in Texas wasn’t easy - but how rewarding it was in the long run! I didn’t do this by myself, I had some amazing people that stood by my side helping, teaching, and mentoring me through the chaos. Then the recession hit and I was forced to change directions in my career path. I jumped around for years having great jobs to no job...I mastered more skills in sales, marketing, real estate.
I always knew that I wanted to help others - I just wasn't sure how or to what extent. I began learning that I am not one to work FOR someone, but to work WITH people, teams, and companies. My sales and marketing career(s) led me to start my own company (more than one as I failed a few times (eye roll emoji)). But now, 7 years later after working a ‘day job’ and my own company at the same time, I have stepped all in! I have been serving small businesses, entrepreneurs, churches, large corporations, and ambitious start-ups achieve great successes through my marketing genius and project management skills. I truly love what I do and enjoy helping businesses and individuals succeed in their own dreams.
I’d love to hear something amazing about you in the comments below! Because I want you to know
Are you authentic 💥
Appearing authentic is a common concern for brands as they navigate how best to market their brand.
As we have become more hyper-connected and consume content on multiple platforms and devices every day, we crave honest, authentic messaging from brands. We want to be in charge of the conversations. We are uninterested in the opinions of those outside our social group but are super-interested in what our peers think. Naturally, this is turning the next generation into brand ambassadors.
Are you in charge of a brand who has partnered with influencers or micro-influencers or are you still on the fence
Here’s a quick Empathy Capacity Test @BreneBrown shared on @MarieForleo’s podcast recently: Have you ever felt grief, loneliness, anger, joy, resentment, contempt❓
Yes Then you pass 😄
Empathy doesn’t require you to have had the same exact experience that someone else has had. In fact, she said that empathic failure often happens amongst people who’ve had the same experience. Because, although you’ve had the same experience, that doesn’t necessarily mean you experienced it in the same way.
Empathy is more about understanding the emotions another person is experiencing. In understanding those emotions, you’re able to share those emotions with them. ——
That’s why someone can tell you about an experience you’ve never had before, and you can still empathize with them — because you understand the feelings they experienced 🌐
Example: I’ve never been fired in front of my coworkers, but I sure as hell have felt embarrassment. I sure as hell have felt rage as well, if that’s how you responded to it 😉 ——
So, the good news is that we’re all capable of developing more empathy as human beings — even when we don’t share the same experience. This skill is critical for connecting with others and building strong relationships — something vital to good communication & copywriting ✏️✨ ——
What’s an instance where you empathized with someone who had an experience you've never had before❓
Here’s mine: September, 6, 1997, Princess Diana died. I was just 6 years old then, but I remember sobbing uncontrollably as I watched the funeral. Never before in my life had I experienced the death of a loved one, but, in that moment, I felt the grief that much of the world was feeling at that time 😭

Does this look familiar Wearing a million hats in your business, having to ignore fires you know should be put out but you just don’t have the time or resources If marketing is one of those fires, I want to help make your life easier. All you need is a simple system and some intentional habits that will make your marketing feel like it’s on autopilot.

You know what really grinds my gears Terrible marketing advice that hurts business owners who don’t know better. Here are a few that really get under my skin:
💀 ”Kill Your Website” 🤷♂️ “Social Media Doesn’t Work”
🎨 “It Needs To Look Perfect"
👶 “Just Hire An Intern”
🛠 “You Have To Work Really Hard To Get Customers”
⚾️ “Just Start Pitching Your Product To Anyone Who Will Listen”
💰 “You Have To Spend A Lot Of Money For Your Marketing To Work"
These are all lies and excuses that are holding back business owners from achieving the success they deserve.
If you're offering something to customers that you absolutely believe in, then you’re doing them and yourself a disservice by not going all in on making marketing easy so that you can serve more people.
What’s some bad marketing advice that you’ve seen, or worse, taken before you knew better

Do you have problems answering the flood of @Instagram Direct messages If you just nodded, it’s time for you to tap into Quick Replies! This is a new function rolled out not too long ago and it allows you to customize “standard” replies to frequently asked questions. Rather than typing out the same sentences for each reply, you can insert the “pre-made” replies and add on any additional messages if needed. This way, you save plenty of time and thumb/finger strength :)
Couple of scenarios:
👉 Commonly asked questions about product description, sizes, if products are in stock or delivery questions - this can be created in advance to save some time.
👉 Competition/Giveaway/Promotion - if anyone has any particular questions, you can also craft a reply beforehand and add additional information where necessary
👉 Customer service - If they have any questions about returning a product or where to buy, the information can be pre-written.
👉 Engaging with the community is also very key - if you see similar comments, you can create a standard reply and customize it at the end so it appears less cold and generic.
If you don’t need a quick reply anymore, you can delete them to save some space.
Are you using quick replies yet What type of quick replies have you prepared

Have an awesome weekend ahead!🌟❤️

One thing is for sure and that's the fact that we can't control others.
We may set out with the clearest and best intentions but things outside of our control can literally smash the shit out of these plans.
The way to deal with this is, is to acknowledge your efforts and embrace the gift you've been given.
What did you learn and how can this use this in the future
