How are we all feeling🤔 It's okay not to be okay.
This is a tough time for everyone. People are all going through different things, which will all affect your physical and mental health.
It's important to keep looking after yourself, focuings on the positives and the things you enjoy.
Persoanally, Ive got alot going on and the past few days I’ve been letting this get to me more than ever. I’ve hide away all day in bed just watching Netflix and eating sweets 🙈
Yes I've been training at home. At the start it was hard. A total different enviroment. But it's all about adapting to a new environment. It will be hard. But the thing to remember is that you will come back stronger.
Training for me keeps my mind distracted, it's a way to relieve stress and after you've trained, you feel ten times better for it.
Due to lack of motivation I haven’t trained for the past two days... if I don’t train today that 3 days😫 But is it a big deal NO!! 3 days off won’t hurt! I’ve trained 4 days this week already.
It’s okay to have time to yourself🙌🏼 TOP TIPS: - Plan your days!
- Write down your training sessions and choose a time you will train, consistency is key.
- Drink Plenty of water and don't think you cant treat yourself! Enjoy your food!
- Rest! Have time to yourself, whether thats watching TV or going for a long walk.
- Keep in contact with family! Facetime is a good thing!
- Don't spend all your time on social media, looking at influencers who bring you down! Unfollow them! - if you want to snacks, then snack!! Just don’t go over the top
