I thrive on the data. However sleep has always been lacking for me. For decades. So don’t let me down Oura. Side note, VO2 Max is currently 60! .

Some thoughts on Loaded Hip Thrusts🤔
Resting a loaded barbell on your hips can be pretty uncomfortable🤷🏻♂️
For this reason I find it tough to stay consistent with them. As the weight on the bar goes up, so does my level of discomfort.
But I do think loaded Hip Thrusts are one of the best ways to build and strengthen your glutes. And bigger, stronger glutes can offer a ton of benefits:
▪️Decreased low back pain
▪️Increased athletic performance
▪️As the glutes are one of the larger muscle groups on the body, you’ll burn more calories training them compared to other muscles.
▪️You’ll have a nicer but, obvi🍑
So how are you supposed to get all these benefits without having all that weight resting uncomfortably on your hips
Do them one leg at a time💁🏻♂️
Single Leg Variations allow you to get the same benefits but with a lighter load since you’ll only be loading one leg at a time. In particular I’ll use chains and sandbags to load these up.
