Yesterday’s MF leg workout! 🤙🏻 booty and legs are completely smashed, and to top it off I finished with 100 low lunges🤩 yaaass girl 💋.
I haven’t burn so many calories as I burn with this circuit in so long..... almost a 1000 cal !!!! If you think it’s just enough to go and lift a 10lbs and call it a day you are fooling yourself, you gotta MF give and push as hard as you can. I left smashed yesterday and I absolutely loved it ❤️
