Lighter than normal on the squats today as i seriously fucked up my right quad last week, no idea how but it has been agony, really happy with depth today, i literally cant go any further as the socket just wont allow it.
Time to eat rest and start again at 6pm for round 2.

The macro nutrients we are going to change most often is carbohydrates and fat, in order to hit your calorie goals.

The ratio of protein, carbohydrates, and fats needed for building muscle do not vary that much. We focus less on a percentage split (besides fats), and more on hitting the required daily minimum of protein - 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight.

1⃣Bench press X 6- Last set is AMRAP(as many reps as possible ) . What you have to do is pick a weight that you feel is challenging for you and do as many reps as possible with that weight . 
2⃣Flat DB press x 4- keeping your legs in the air eliminates the support and push you get from your lower body- puts the focus mainly on the chest and core.Also you will have to reduce the weight a little bit .

3⃣Incline DB press x 4 - last set is a double drop set . 
4⃣PEC DEC MACHINE x4. 
5️⃣INCLINE DUMBBELL FLIES SUPERSET WITH FLAT BENCH HEX PRESS - Do this superset as a finisher and you will feel the pump of your life . Focus on the contraction and the mind - muscle connection in this one . So, don’t go to heavy . .
