I have been a little MIA lately. Life has just gotten busy!I have been trying to rest my body a little because I am tired of being in pain and I am transitioning and trying to get the hang of a new job. This past week I have been wanting to post but just havent had the time or energy once my day is over. I also didnt know what to post about! Then I found this quote. Sometimes we get lost when they think of happiness as a destination. We’re always thinking that someday we’ll be happy. You know, we’ll get that car or that job or that person in our lives that fixes everything.
But happiness is a mood and a condition, it’s not a destination. It’s like being tired or hungry; it’s not permanent, it comes and goes, and that’s okay. 
So like if people thought of it that way, they’d find happiness a lot more often ⚖️

Taking the time to put everything in perspective & not stress out this upcoming school year. Taking care of @memp.fit (having @grace_chellino here at ISU with me now makes it a lot easier), finding a job, sticking on top of a lean bulk diet, & progressing in the gym has been all over my mind. But not gonna stress. Stress is a choice that I’ll choose to avoid.

Everything on my plate is happening for a reason, and that reason is because of things i’ve done. No need to get overwhelmed about taking care of a dog, or any of that stuff. I did it to myself. So i’m putting everything into perspective, & it makes things a whole lot easier. (And makes my mood a whole lot better)

This upcoming season, try & think about things before stressing. Put things into perspective, & choose to have no bad days. Shit gets tough sometimes, but it’s a process. Learn to love the process, & stay patient. 🤘🏽

2: Goblet Squat 15,15,15
3: Leg Extension Machine 15,12,12,12
4:Hamstring Curl 10,10,10,10
5: Smith Machine calf raise 10,10,10

Not a super big one today. Still looking to lean out a bit more before hopefully putting size on these legs

Haven't been posting so much ... life has been hitting me left and right...with work..with my knee that is still killing me. Not going to the gym often .kids...etc..

Unfortunately work is going to come to an end...as much that I dont want to. I have to. I choose to move to japan with my husband soon..and its something that I wasnt sure about, but i rather have my family be together then to live without my annoying love of life for two year. When I thought the military life was over 🙄🙄🙄 lol oh well.. another 3 more years of it.

Haven't been posting so much ... life has been hitting me left and right...with work..with my knee that is still killing me.
