Stretching. My favorite part of my workout. I could sit and stretch for thirty minutes every day! It’s a hurt so good! Flexibility is something that’s super important to me!

Stretching. Not my favorite thing that God does in my life. It’s not comfortable or a whole ton of fun but I’m always thankful afterwards. 
There’s always room to grow and be stretched in your life. The trick is to be flexible enough for it to not feel like it’s breaking you. 
I am so thankful for the flexibility that this business is bringing to my life! It’s such a blessing. At the same time, it’s definitely stretching and growing me and I’m thankful for that too!

If you want to be more physically flexible, I’ve got you covered. If you want to be more spiritually flexible, only you and God can make that happen.
