I'm running on 1 Hr of Sleep and yet somehow I feel Great.
Sacrificing Sleep in exchange for extra time to get certain things done, is kind of Fulfilling when it's Important to you.
Got a Long way to go, but we're here to get Sh*t Done No Matter What🦁💪🏻

The purpose of this was to replace my cardio on the bike or elliptical, by starting with fast pace cardio, keeping the pace high and intense during the workout with very small rest in between sets to keep the blood pumped and heart rate up, and using the high rep ranges to force the blood into the muscle. During the times in which I was either winded or fatigued, the pump would really corce the muscle to fill completely with the nutrition rich blood and since my wind was gone, I was in Hope's that it would absorb more due to "starvation of oxygen". Not proven, but, again, I was experimenting with my body, and ultin as rly it was one of the most grueling shoulder sessions I've ever had. My heart rate didnt drop below 140, I consistently sweat the whole workout, and the pump was unreal. This is what I'm after while trying to lean back out and cut down. During this phase is when it's most important to reassess problematic areas lacking in growth and maturity, as well as my diet. Folks, diet is 90 PERCENT OF YOUR WINS AND LOSSES. Discipline, integrity and trust In this process are what will bring you to the promise land. Believe you can, and focus on the positives. It's a big long road, d it'll not get hung up on what's left, but rather, how far you've made it. Nobody gets there overnight.

When it comes to goals, most think that successful people are some sort of unicorns..
They think it requires some sort of special person to accomplish crazy shit.
This is far from the truth..
The most successful people are just hardworking.
The most successful don’t take days off.
They don’t think “I deserve a vacation.”
They think I don’t deserve a vacation yet.
Their fuckin hard on themselves!
They know that the world doesn’t owe them anything.
They look for the hard way to do things and welcome that hardship.
Most people never get what they want in life because they refuse to make sacrifices and spend their time complaining.
Once you accept the fact that life isntt fair, you accept the fact that hard work and determination will beat being a unicorn any day of the week.
