Started with:
10 min elliptical 
Shoulders: 
15-25 second rest between sets

Seated side flys 
SS w/
Seated shrugs
12-20 reps

Side cable fly 
SS w/
DB front raises
12-20

Seated rear delt fly
SS w/
35lb plate twists
12-15

Standing overhead press
SS w/ 
35lb plate front raises 
12-15

Seated rear military (drop set)
SS w/
DB shrugs

Fly variation (burnout)
Giant set
(Rear, side, front side, front)
15-20 each

DB upright rows
12-15

Battle Ropes
4x30 second sets (1 minute rest)

Biceps:

Standing cheat curl
15-20

Standing hammer curl
10-15

Seated preacher
10-15

Seated pin loaded overhead curl
12-20

The purpose of this was to replace my cardio on the bike or elliptical, by starting with fast pace cardio, keeping the pace high and intense during the workout with very small rest in between sets to keep the blood pumped and heart rate up, and using the high rep ranges to force the blood into the muscle. During the times in which I was either winded or fatigued, the pump would really corce the muscle to fill completely with the nutrition rich blood and since my wind was gone, I was in Hope's that it would absorb more due to "starvation of oxygen". Not proven, but, again, I was experimenting with my body, and ultin as rly it was one of the most grueling shoulder sessions I've ever had. My heart rate didnt drop below 140, I consistently sweat the whole workout, and the pump was unreal. This is what I'm after while trying to lean back out and cut down. During this phase is when it's most important to reassess problematic areas lacking in growth and maturity, as well as my diet. Folks, diet is 90 PERCENT OF YOUR WINS AND LOSSES. Discipline, integrity and trust In this process are what will bring you to the promise land. Believe you can, and focus on the positives. It's a big long road, d it'll not get hung up on what's left, but rather, how far you've made it. Nobody gets there overnight.
