Everyday is for hiking. Scoping grounds for a free meditation retreat at a local Mountain Reserve in NJ. This day was not only fulfilling but yet another confirmation that my visualization exercises are coming into fruition. Sometimes we KNOW what's best for us but is hard to put into practice: we know we shouldn't be having coffee and doughnuts for breakfast, or that we should wake up 10mins early to meditate. Most of the time the dissonance between our thoughts and our actions is buried under limiting beliefs that have been deeply ingrained since our childhood.
