Ramen by @elissamac5 🍗Ingredients🍲 ⏺ 700ml stock
⏺ 3 garlic cloved, chopped
⏺ 4 tbsp of soya sauce light
⏺ 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
⏺ 1tsp of lazy ginger
⏺ 1/2 tsp Chinese 5 spice
⏺ 375g ramen noodles
⏺ 400g of chicken fillets
⏺ 2 tsp sesame oil
⏺ 3 tbsp of sweetcorn
⏺ 1 egg (poached)
⏺ 2 green chillies ⏺ 1 spring onion 👨🍳Directions👩🍳 ➡️In large saucepan mix stock, garlic, soya sauce, lazy ginger, Chinese 5 spice with 300ml of water. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 mins. ➡️Cook noodles, drain and set aside.
➡️Slice chicken and fry in your sesame seed oil until browned. ➡️Place noodles in a bowl and top with 1/4 of the chicken then sprinkle some SC, Chillis and SO on top of that, then place your poached egg on the very top.
➡️strain stock into a clean sauce pan and bring to the boil. ➡️pour stock into bowl and enjoy.

Made my fave smoothie before the gym- two bananas, two table spoons of peanut butter, about a cup of almond milk and 1/2 a cup of water, a splash of caramel syrup ( from TK Max) and a sprinkle of cacao nibs which I picked up from @thejartree , added some ice cubes and blended up in my Breville blender. Bringing it back to the ultimate #toasttuesday from Galway 🇮🇪 One of my favorite breakfast spots was @mccambridgesgalway, a cozy restaurant and gourmet grocer in one. The food in Galway did not disappoint and they are hyper aware of food allergies and intolerances, offering a wide variety of gluten free and dairy free substitutes! #heaven
Luckily, the Sourdough didn’t hurt my stomach. Why I’m not 100% sure but Sourdough is usually made with no sweeteners or oils. It contains mostly whole wheat flour🌾water💧 and live yeast cultures. Using live yeast means the bread 🥖 stays fresh after being baked and doesn’t require any extra preservatives to ward off mold. Like fermented foods, sourdough is fermented by using lactobacillus cultures, a probiotic that helps your gut. Interestingly, the cultures don’t survive the baking process but lactic acid is created which helps nutrients become more readily available, digestible and absorbable. Regardless, the bread was so dang delicious and I wanted to bring home a whole suitcase worth! 💼🍞

This 2 minute macadamia nut pesto is naturally low in carbs, keto-diet friendly, and gluten-free.
Ingredients: - 1/2 cup unsalted, toasted macadamia nuts - 2 cups fresh torn basil leaves
- 1/3 cup grated aged beamster or parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves chopped garlic - Salt and pepper to taste
Directions: - In a food processor, pulse the macadamia nuts for 1 minute. - Add all other ingredients, pulse for 1 additional minute until smooth.
Ce pesto aux noix de macadamia, prêt en 2 minutes, est sans gluten et convient à une alimentation pauvre en glucides.
- 1/2 tasse de noix de macadamia grillées et non salées
