Toblerone Pancakes 🍫🥞🍇🥜 Chocolate Protein Pancakes 🥞 with blueberries and a sprinkle of Toblerone Fruit & Nut 🍇🥜 should hit the spot! Or if fruit and nut isn’t your thing take one square of your favourite chocolate 🍫 and grate on top.

Ingredients
~ 1 x Egg ~ 1 x Banana ~ 1 x Scoop My Protein Chocolate Brownie protein powder
~ 25g Fage Total 0% fat Greek yoghurt
~My protein Chocolate flava drops
~ Handful if blueberries
~ 1x piece of toblerone fruit & nut

Method
Blend the egg, protein powder and banana until smooth. Heat a frying pan and spray with a little coconut oil. Fry half the mixture in 3small pancakes. Mix the 25g @fage_uk Total 0% fat yoghurt and a few drops of @myproteinuk chocolate flava drops together. Layer the yoghurt mixture in between the pancakes, add a few blueberries and grate over 1 piece of @tobleroneglobal fruit and nut! Enjoy!

🌱Zucchini Chocolate brownies so delicious you will never believe they healthy. 🍪

Ingredients

Dry ingredients:

3/4 cup (150 g) granulated sweetener

1 1/2 cups (135 g) rolled oats, ground into flour

1/2 cup (90 g) chocolate chips + more for the top

1/2 cup + 1 tbsp (50 g) cocoa powder unsweetened

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/3 tsp salt

1 tsp instant coffee powder (optional)

Wet ingredients:

1 1/4 cups (200 g) shredded zucchini tightly packed

1/2 cup (120 g) nut butter of choice - I used macadamia nut butter as it's not as thick as peanut butter.

1/4 cup (60 mls) almond milk 
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Line a 6x9 (15x23 cm) loaf pan or a slightly bigger pan with parchment paper or grease it with vegan butter or oil and preheat oven to 360 degrees Fahrenheit (ca. 182 °C). Process all dry ingredients (except the chocolate chips) in a food processor.

Add all wet ingredients and blend again until the batter is smooth.

Finally, add the chocolate chips and stir with a spoon.

Pour the batter into the loaf pan and add more chocolate chips on top.

Bake in the oven for about 35-40 minutes. For fudgy brownies, I recommend a baking time of 35 minutes or less. And for cakey brownies, I recommend a baking time of 40 minutes or a little more. The baking time also depends on the size of the pan! You can insert a toothpick in the center of a brownie after 30 minutes and if it comes out clean/slightly crumbly the brownies are done. If the toothpick comes out very sticky/wet, then the brownies need more baking time.

Let the brownies cool completely. They will firm up once they cool and taste even better on day two! Enjoy! Keep leftover zucchini brownies covered in the fridge. You can also freeze them! .

Friday night was good with a #fridayfakeaway of shawarma kebab (9syns for wrap and a couple for mayo) Saturday I was mostly in bed with a horrid bad back. Thankfully I had prepared stir fry on the Friday to use up some veggies so I had my first meal at 2pm ish. Following that I just wanted chips, which I had, with a side of hash browns. 
Sunday I got some DIY done, and didn’t eat all day until 5pm-ish. Had a beyond meat sausage which was very good. Again tonnes of ‘fat’ was released when cooking which is surprising. 9.5syns and I would say worth it on the odd occasion. I didn’t have a bun, but did have a few gins. Overall not a terrible weekend, but not the best. Recipe:
1/2 cup oat flakes 
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup milk
Zest of an orange
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder 
1 tbsp honey or any healthy sweetener 
In small bowl mix all these ingredients, cover and refrigerate overnight.
