A principio parece uma coisa insossa e sem graça. Mas quando temperada como eu fiz hoje, fica uma delicia, além de muito linda no prato! 
É considerada um super alimento, rica em proteínas, vitaminas, minerais e fibras. Possui altas concentrações de quercetina e kaempferol, dois flavonoides que têm o papel antioxidante no nosso organismo. 
Anota aí como eu fiz e a receita: 
1 xícara ( chá ) de quinoa
1/2 xícara (chá ) de cenoura ralada
1/2 xícara (chá ) de vagem 
cortadinha
1/2 xícara ( chá ) de couve-flor cortada em buquês pequenos
1/2 cebola (pequena ) picada
1 colher (sopa ) de azeite
2 colheres (sopa ) de alho-poró em rodelas finas
1/2 colher ( café ) de sal
Salsa picada à gosto
Tomilho a gosto
Pimenta-do-reino

Cozinhei a quinoa por 10 minutos na água fervente. Recheei a cebola e o alho-poró com azeite e depois acrescentei os legumes. Por último, adicionei a quinoa, o tomilho, a salsa, a pimenta do reino e o sal. Met up with friends today for lunch and while everyone else ordered woodfired pizzas, I chose a healthy poached chicken and farro salad with roasted almonds and green dressing. It didn’t disappoint luckily and I feel so much better getting in all those good greens. Maybe I’ll make a healthy pizza later 😉

GOOD MORNING, SUNDAY! Nothing beats a fresh loaf of bread straight out of the oven for breakfast!
✖️No Knead Sun-dries Tomato, Olives and Feta Cheese Bread✖️

Ingredients
> 3 cups of organic all purpose flour
> 1 tsp salt
> 1 tsp instant yeast
> 1 1/2 warm water
> 1/3 cups olive (reduce as wished)
> 1/4 feta cheese
> 1/4 sun-dried tomato
.

> Sieve flour and mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl (TIP: use a fork will do and mix well!)
> Add in water and stir to mix (use the fork till the point where you can no longer mix it, then use your hands)
> Add in olives, sun-dried tomatoes and feta cheese. Mix well.
> Leave it in the big bowl and cover up (let it rise for 8-16 hours depending on your room temperature; 8-10 hours will do for summer)
> Lightly dust a work surface with flour and sprinkle a little more flour over the top of the dough. Using your fingertips, scrape the dough out of the bowl onto the floured surface. Fold the dough a few times then gather the dough into a ball & Let the dough rest for 30mins.
> Now, put a large (oven safe) pot with a lid into the oven and heat the oven to 450F (230C) for 30 mins.
> When you are ready to bake, cut a cross slit on the dough and sprinkle some more flour to give it the artisan look.
> Then pick up the bread and lower it into the large pot. Cover the pot and put it back in the oven.
> Lower the heat to 425F (220C). Bake the bread for 30 minutes.
> Remove the lid and bake for an additional 15 minutes
> Transfer the bread to a rack and let cool (TIP: Let bread cool entirely before cutting it, the bread will continue to cook itself while it cool and that will allow bread to be more fluffy and cooked)

3 cloves of garlic
500 mls of stock ( today I used one massel chicken style stock cube and @riceculture_misokoji miso paste ( you can use any stock of choice and whatever you #love #cooking with )
250mls of vegan white #wine .

Sauté onion and garlic in some stock 
Add 2 cups of the rice and heat through 
Slowly add stock and wine until all moisture absorbed and rice nearly cooked ( you will see why in Step 2 next post ) .

Last nights #dinner was this super SIMPLE split pea soup 💚 all we did was soak the peas in a cooking pot for 2 hours, then rinsed the peas and added fresh water to boil. We seasoned our peas with salt while cooking and once they were soft enough we used a potato masher to cream the peas. no blender, no hassle, everything in the same pot! To complete our dish we added a scoop of basmati rice, chilli and a drizzle of olive to taste ✨

🚨Instagram isn't always what it seems!🚨 99.9% of the time I do NOT look like the photo on the bottom. The top photo is a much better representation of who I am. But all too often girls look up to the girls they see on Instagram telling them what "fit" should be like and get discouraged! When in reality those girls don't even look like what they want the world to believe they look like 100% of the time. The best photo out of the bunch, with the best angle is what makes it to instragram. Not the unflexed, unposed photo. •

My takeaway from this is that you should never compare yourself. Do not compare your chapter 1 to someone else's chapter 15. It's just not fair to you. Celebrate your own hard work and your own personal achievements!💪
