Hallo ihr Lieben, passend zu unserer Diät gibt es heute einen großen Salat mit Hähnchen und etwas Joghurt Sauce. In 45 Tagen geht es nun schon in den Urlaub. Geplant ist eine Rundreise durch Kalifornien, Utah, Arizona und Nevada. Dazwischen gibt es mehrere Stopps und anschließend sind wir dann noch mal eine knappe Woche in L.A.. Good morning and happy Monday! I started my week with a morning walk, warm lemon water and 10 fruits! Yep, 10 fruits!😱🍉
I have a question for you, do you buy food at work or uni way too much?! 🙅🏼 For less than $3 per day (those bought lunches that have to go) I am able to flood my system with the whole food nutrients of 30 varieties of vegetables, fruits and berries per day😍 These little babies have not only helped decrease our clients cravings but for those who had goals to cut down or phase out completely - they have successfully done so! AND are now saving money too! 🙌🏼 Personally, as a result of all of these whole food nutrients being apart of my daily routine for 4 months, I have had amazing results with my energy, cravings, & skin!! -Front squats into overhead shoulder press 3x8.
-Push up into single arm rows 4x12 (if these are too hard on your feet you can drop to your knees 🤗❤️.
Aaaand that’s it 🙋🏼 really good quick workout for when you’re short on time and just want to get home when it’s soooo cold outside ☃️.

🛍2 tipos de raizes (inhame, mandioca, batata doce, mandioquinha, cara, batata yacon)
🛍4 legumes diferentes -- 2 que vc ira cozinhar, para comer junto com o prato quente e 2 que ira consumir na salada.🍆🥒🥕
🛍 1 ou 2 proteinas diferentes -- frango, peixe, tofu, ovo🍗🍳
🛍 2 cores de folhas🍃 diferentes -- alface, rucula, radicchio, chicoria, acelga, couve, espinafre, repolho roxo, etc.

NO DOMINGO:
- cozinhe as raizes
- higienize e pique ou rale os legumes crus
- cozinhe os legumes cozidos
- cozinhe a proteina
- higienize as folhas
- refrigere uma parte e congele a outra, para durar ate o final da semana (exceto a salada)

Ich hoffe, ihr hattet alle einen schönen Sonntag. Bei uns war heute nicht viel los - Katertag halt. 😅 Zum Abendessen gab es gefüllte Paprikaschoten mit Tomaten-Quinoa-Reis. Nicht das hübscheste Essen jemals, aber umso leckerer. 😊

Für 2 Portionen:
2 rote Paprikaschoten
400g Champignons
4 Stangen Frühlingszwiebeln
1 Knoblauchzehe
180g Feta light
2 EL Basilikum gehackt (TK)
1EL Zitronenmelisse gehackt (TK)
20g Pekannüsse
100g Tomatenmark
1 Packung Natur-Reis & Quinoa Mediterran
1 Dose gehackte Tomaten scharf
Olivenöl
evtl. Gemüsebrühe

Deckel der Paprika entfernen und die Schoten entkernen. Frühlingszwiebeln in Ringe und Champignons in kleine Stücke schneiden. Nüsse zerkleinern. Champignons und Zwiebelringe in etwas Olivenöl anbraten, Knoblauch hacken oder pressen, zufügen und mitbraten. Tomatenmark zufügen und mit anrösten. Kräuter und Nüsse zufügen, Feta dazubröseln, alles durchrühren und mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Füllung in die Schoten geben. Die Schoten in einen Topf stellen und den Topf bis zur Hälfte mit Wasser oder Brühe füllen. Zum Kochen bringen und zugedeckt 15-20min köcheln lassen. Mit einer Gabel oben in die Paprika stechen, um zu testen, ob der gewünschte Garpunkt erreicht ist. Die Reis-Quinoa-Mischung zum Rest der Füllung in die Pfanne geben und eine Dose gehackte Tomaten zugeben. Alles vermischen und erhitzen.

Soooo you know that meal plan I created yesterday (see my story) 😬 Turns out I spent too much time planning & not enough time shopping as the list never made it to the supermarket before work last night 🙈 So this morning I was left with next to nothing in the fridge oops (insert scrambled eggs on toast with soggy bean shoots 🤦🏼‍♀️) // Whilst planning is GREAT for time saving, sticking to a healthy lifestyle & super satisfying (for me anyways) remember sometimes life gets in the way and that’s OKAY! Just pick the healthiest option you have available at the time & jump on the bandwagon next meal it doesn’t mean that the whole week of healthy eating needs to go out the window ☺️

Soooo you know that meal plan I created yesterday (see my story) 😬 Turns out I spent too much time planning & not enough time shopping as the list never made it to the supermarket before work last night 🙈 So this morning I was left with next to nothing in the fridge oops (insert scrambled eggs on toast with soggy bean shoots 🤦🏼‍♀️) // Whilst planning is GREAT for time saving, sticking to a healthy lifestyle & super satisfying (for me anyways) remember sometimes life gets in the way and that’s OKAY! Just pick the healthiest option you have available at the time & jump on the bandwagon next meal it doesn’t mean that the whole week of healthy eating needs to go out the window ☺️
