有些細菌、病毒會隱藏在身體很長的時間,當病毒潛伏在人體中,而完全沒有症狀的這段時間。我們稱潛伏期。
每種疾病的潛伏期各有不同,普通的流感潛伏期大約是3天;百日咳是1-2星期;A型肝炎是28天;B型肝炎從6週到6個月;子宮頸癌是乳突病毒的感染,這種病毒的潛伏期從幾周到幾年;愛滋病從3周到幾年,剛開始的3-6個月甚至會檢查不出來。

APPLE CINNAMON BAKED OATMEAL for a late breakfast today! this week I have been really into having some form of oats or sweet potatoes for breakfast and this baked oatmeal hit the spot!

3/4 cup gluten free @bobsredmill oats
1/2 cup nut milk
1.5 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
Dash of salt
1.5 tsp lemon juice
1-2 tsp maple syrup (more or less depending on sweetness liking)
1 scoop protein powder or collagen (optional)
1/4-1/2 gala apple, cubed

set oven to 350F. add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix until fully combined. collagen/protein powder is optional depending how much protein you want. I added a scoop of vanilla bean coconut yogurt, cinnamon and a drizzle of @rxbar vanilla almond butter.

APPLE CINNAMON BAKED OATMEAL for a late breakfast today! this week I have been really into having some form of oats or sweet potatoes for breakfast and this baked oatmeal hit the spot! — #dEATS: 3/4 cup gluten free @bobsredmill oats 1/2 cup nut milk 1.5 tsp cinnamon 1/8 tsp nutmeg Dash of salt 1.5 tsp lemon juice 1-2 tsp maple syrup (more or less depending on sweetness liking) 1 scoop protein powder or collagen (optional) 1/4-1/2 gala apple, cubed - set oven to 350F. add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix until fully combined. collagen/protein powder is optional depending how much protein you want. Hazırladiğın karisimi sıkma poşetine koyabilirsin, elle de şekil verilebiliyor veya yagli kağıdı külah şeklinde kıvır ve firin poşeti içine koyup sıkma poşeti olarak kullanabilirsin.

Yağlı kağıt serili tepsiye istedigin şekilde sık. 170 derece firinda kızarana kadar pişir. 30 -40 dk kadar yetiyor

I barely noticed the difference. do you have some strange food sensitivities? does it make it hard for you to eat out? I'd like to know. it's made me become quite the inventor in the kitchen these days. 😉

here's the recipe if your a cracker lover. and just an FYI, this is not your average cracker. some people will hate these if they don't enjoy rosemary, or buckwheat. but you'd be crazy not to love those two things! also, buckwheat is a seed, so your getting lots of goodness in these babies.
