Your target training heart rate should be between 50 and 85 per cent of your maximum heart rate.

Biologically, taking part in CV exercise for approximately 30 minutes a day at minimum will improve the heart’s fitness and therefore its ability to supply oxygen-rich blood to the muscles, allowing them to produce movement.

😍😍PST (protéines de soja texturé) à la basquaise😍😍.

Cette recette est hyper simple et rapide et vraiment on s'est régalés👍👍.

60 g de PST
1 cs d'huile
1 boite de tomates concassées (400 g)
2 poivrons
1 oignon
2 gousses d'ail
Sel, poivre, piment.

Réhydrater les PST dans de l'eau chaude.
.
Pendant ce temps faire revenir l'oignon et l'ail dans 1 cs d'huile.
Ajouter les poivrons coupés en lanières et les faire revenir quelques minutes.
Ajouter la boîte de tomates concassées et cuire pendant 15 mn environ.
Assaisonner.

Servir avec des pommes de terre.
C'est très très bon.

▫Hebe die Arme senkrecht über Deinen Kopf.✔
▫Lege den Kopf leicht nach hinten und blicke nach oben.✔
▫Mache Deinen Rumpf ganz lang.✔
▫Atme regelmäßig ein und wieder aus.✔
▫Bringe Füße, Hüfte, Schultern und Arme in eine Linie. Am besten Du lässt Dich von einem Freund korrigieren. So bekommst Du ein Gefühl für die tatsächliche gerade Ausrichtung.✔
▫Sobald Du Dich wohl fühlst, kannst Du versuchen auf den Zehenspitzen zu balancieren.✔

Two months ago I decided that I needed to get my body back to kickboxing.... after 18months of not throwing a single kick the hips we as stiff as they can get. @teamhachem has been fine tuning this 92kg body, he’s done an amazing job getting a bit of that rust off.. Along with my amazing weekly wrestling sessions with @aus60 at @northern_mma I think I’ll be back to the goods soon. ✔️

Roasted sweet potatoes. ✔️ Sweet potatoes when eaten in moderation helps with overweight and obesity as they produce a sensation of satiety(feeling fuller for a longer time) ✔️They are also very rich in beta-carotene (provitamin A) therefore, appropriate in cases of arteriosclerosis and circulatory disorders.
✔️Sweet potatoes are also appropriate for those with high energy needs such as athletes etc. 
Very simple recipe and a yummy outcome.

Ingredients
✔️3 medium chopped sweet potatoes.
✔️1 teaspoon salt(optional)
✔️1 Tbsp canola oil
✔️ 1 Tbsp Paprika

Method
⏩Preset the oven at 220°C, mix all the ingredients and bake for 20-30 minutes.
