[ C9 challenge start 7 Jan ]

Nog een paar dagen en dan gaan we van start wie doet er mee?! 7 Jan gooi ik het roer om want helaas meiden ook ik heb geen maatje 27 😭

Na een baby en gewoon teveel lekker eten groei ik inmiddels uit mijn broek en ik ben het zat! 
Mooie is ik weet donders goed hoe het moet alleen het doen is een tweede.... Met weinig slaap en drukke dagen kon ik de motivatie op de een of andere manier niet vinden. 
Tja het is toch een feit wil je blij zijn met wat je in de spiegel ziet? Dan moet je er wat voor gaan doen! 
Na de C9 kuur ga ik door met het vervolg programma daarover vertel ik later meer 🌱

Depuis le temps que j'avais envie de tester 😍😍 ça me donnais tellement envie quand je voyais des photos sur insta !! J'ai donc mélangé: - 40g de flocon d'avoine
- 40g de compote - 60g de fromage blanc 0%
- Un peu de levure - 1 cas de farine complète 
Pour un total de 220 calories sans toppings, mais avec c'est tellement meilleure que jsuis obligé d'en mettre aha. Chocolat banane pour une moitié et confiture groseille pour l'autre 😍 C'est l'un des meilleur petit dej que j'ai fais en ce moment !! j'étais trop impatiente de gouter ça ce matin !!😁 Bonne journée ❤

Para esta receta, use un condimento hecho de diferentes especias que contiene paprika, comino, semilla de apio y mostaza, chile ancho, azucar morena, ajo y cebolla en polvo

Cortar pieza de salmón en tiras gruesas (de esta forma se cocina mejor y más rapido)
Agregar una cucharada del condimento en una cucharada pequeña de aceite de olivo y un poco de caldo de pollo, mezclar y reservar.
Salpimentar pescado y agregar mezcla de especias en todo el salmón, cubrir con papel aluminio y marinar en refrigerador por una hora al menos.
Hornear salmón a 380F por unos 20 o 25 minutos

Col morada, lechuga y pimiento.
Preparar vinagreta con unas gotitas de miel, 1 cucharadita de aceite de oliva y vinagre balsámico, mezclar bien.
Servir pescado con un poquito de chile habanero sobre el pescado, ensalada con vinagreta y un poco de aguacate.

I have 31 unread dm’s right now, because I don’t entertain such shenanigans. I share that not to brag, but to say it’s no easy task to gain my attention.
However, every now & then...like leap year, someone manages to slide in & do just that....Not a bum with ill motives, but rather a handsome, respectful & articulate gentleman that was not flirting, but wanted nothing more than to share these words. 
We have such an awesome God. Why am I saying that? It’s simple, because even when those closest to us can’t see it, heck even when we can’t see it about ourselves, the Good Lord sends someone unexpectedly around the corner to bump into you & remind you just how dope you are at nearly 4am lol on a random Tuesday.
It’s sad that it takes a complete stranger to think & say what those close to you should, but it’s also a beyoutiful blessing. 
Why? It’s reminder that people are always observing you. It says they see & appreciate your vibe & how you move...
and you know what, as a single lady doing my best to live right...I can totally dig that 🤟🏽

Рецепт простой и быстрый, а результат порадует сладкоежек 😋

🔹Ингредиенты:
✔️Хлебцы (у меня со вкусом вишни)-45гр.
✔️Банан-150гр.
✔️Какао натуральный-2 ч.л
✔️Грецкие орешки- 20-30гр
•
🔹Приготовление: ✨Хлебцы размельчаем в блендере до состояния муки, добавляем банан и какао, доводим до однородной массы.
✨Добавляем мелко нарезанные орешки, хорошо перемешиваем ложкой.
✨Влажными рука формируем не большие шарик, кладём в морозилку на 10-15 минут.
✨Во внутрь каждого пирожного можно положить целый орешек или любимый сухофрукт.
✨При подаче на стол посыпаем натуральным какао. ⭐️Приятного аппетита 🤗
