Rose Oil infused Raw Chocolate anyone
I’ve been busy in the kitchen today, preparing for Easter tomorrow. I whipped this raw chocolate bark up this afternoon, and added a drop of oh-so decadent Rose Oil and some pistachios.

Eating and enjoying an Easter egg this weekend will not make you fat.
Telling yourself you cannot eat an Easter egg because you are dieting it may leave you feeling left out and deprived which you’ll then end up eating food from other sources to make you feel better .
Easter comes once a year and is definitely a family occasion so if your family traditionally have an Easter egg hunt or Easter lunch my advice is to partake but do so mindfully .
🐣Exercise if you can before lunch
🐣 Reduce breakfast and snacks a little
🐣 Keep water intake up
🐣 Fill your plate with veggies
🐣 Skip the starter and dessert
🐣 Enjoy your chocolate egg 🥰
🐣 Stop when full not stuffed
Chocolate Easter eggs are not bad however if you think chocolate is BAD then one bite will likely lead to non stop eating until you feel sick with the “after today i will never eat chocolate again.” Or “I will get back on track tomorrow”
Wise up you know your going to eat chocolate again so why not just enjoy a little chocolate without guilt and move on.
If you approach eater Sunday in this fashion you may eat a couple hundred extra calories as apposed to using the fuk it button and eating 1000s extra .
Successful fat loss is very much a lot to do with your mind and the opinions you have about foods and the habits you have.

FABULOUS FRIDAY: I stumbled upon this gem in my journal by @gabbybernstein and it really caused me to pause and reflect. I have made it a point in my life to try to make every decision from a place of love. This helped me to reduce my fear and make decisions from an empowered place. Do I always do it No, of course not. And when I don’t I eventually come back and reflect on what we’re the barriers to coming from a place of love. I even try to do it in traffic. When someone does something I don’t appreciate, I remember it’s not about me and I try to assume that they are trying to get to a really important appointment like getting to their child’s birth or an emergency for a loved one. **What helps you to make decisions from love❤️❤️❤️

One of my favourite things to do is to have a nice glass of wine in the afternoon along with a cheese platter and the wine and cheese from Scion Wines certainly didn’t disappoint!🍷🧀 However, whilst I want to eat and drink EVERYTHING, I just can’t if I want to look a certain way, and more importantly, be healthy. I don’t think I have ever come back from a holiday or weekend away feeling good. I always feel sluggish and blah (from going overboard with all the nice food and wine). I’m hoping that doesn’t happen this weekend. So what am I doing differently I got up this morning and made sure I got my BBG workout in. I asked for avocado in place of chorizo and bacon for breakfast, skipped a wine tour and got a glass of wine, shared a cheese platter for a late lunch and tasted just a few wines instead. I still had a good time, my judgment isn’t impaired which means I’ll be more likely to make healthy choices at dinner and I’ll be able to do BBG tomorrow morning as I won’t be hungover #balance #longweekend #winetime #cheeseplatter #easterlongweekend #rutherglen

It’s been an absolute honour working with Daniel over the last few months. I connected with Daniel mid last year & since then I have seen his results sky rocket. He went from not being able to do chin ups to now doing 8 to 10 reps with full range. This video was taken yesterday, where he executed 8 at the end of his workout!
