Breakfast flatlays consisting of a quick go to breakfast when you don’t have a lot of time in the mornings 💚☀️🏃‍♀️ Consisting of a cup of @beforeyouspeakcoffee cinnamon spice coffee + 2 wholegrain toasts topped with smashed avo + @hab_shifa_black_seed + @picspeanutbutter’s crunchy PB ( I highly reccomend this PB it’s probably one of the best I’ve had, it has a hint of salt which brings out a lot of its flavour!) + Fresh juicy raspberries from @y.v.fresh 😍❤️. I’ve really been loving @beforeyouspeakcoffee’s coffee lately because firstly it tastes amazing -if you guys saw my review of it on my story, I’m talking about premium cafe taste! (even my dad and bf were shook by how good it was! 🤭). I didn’t have to add anything, no sweeteners, no extra flavours no nothing, and I can probably say it’s THE BEST instant coffee I’ve EVER had 👌🏼
And secondly, I used to avoid drinking coffee in the morning because I was afraid that I would experience a huge buzz then hit a huge stump a few hours later -but I found that when I had @beforeyouspeakcoffee’s I didn’t hit that stump. And the colours! 😍 this is one of my versions of a fake Nando’s or as I affectionately call it fanandos! 😂😂😂 Firstly I must say thanks to @thelowcarbandketobakery for your tortillas that I made into nachos....they made the perfect ‘snap’! The rest of the meal is chilli and lime chicken, halloumi, avocado, butternut squash crinkle chips and salad! Extremely tasty and soooo satisfying! One of my big fat meals at 72g fat and 55g protein! Only 10g carbs too! Ingrédients:
350 gr de saumon frais que vous hachez grossièrement au couteau
1 oignon émincé 
3 cas de mais en grain
4 à 5 cas d’avoine cuisson rapide 
1 œuf 
Persil
Sel, ail, poivre

Préparation :
Dans un saladier, mélanger tous les ingrédients, ajustez la dose de l’avoine selon la quantité ( le mélange ne doit pas être trop liquide)
Beurrer une plaque à muffins, verser 2 cas dans chaque moule, cuire à 180 dg (360 F) pendant 20-25 min.
Laisser refroidir et démouler.
Servir avec une salade.

Creamy almond butter udon noodles 😍😋 this pasta was super easy to make and tastes so amazing paired with some #kimchi on the side. For the veggies, I sauteed onion, bell pepper, garlic, shredded oyster mushrooms, carrots, broccoli, chopped sugar snap peas and enoki mushrooms. Then I added some baked tofu and the almond butter sauce. I also topped with fresh cilantro and green onion before serving. 
Heres the recipe for the almond butter sauce: 
4 tbsp almond butter 
Juice of 1 lime
3 tbsp soy sauce 
1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup 
Drizzle of sesame oil 
1 tbsp chili sauce (optional or add to your own taste) 
Put all these ingredients into a blender with a few tablespoons of water and blend until creamy! Snack time! I made this yummy Chocolate Chia Pudding this morning, so I could devour it later in the day and it turned out pretty delicious. 
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup chia seeds (I used @pranasnacks)
- 1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (I used @bluediamond)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup cacao (I used @organictraditions)
- 1 pinch salt - 1 or 2 tbsp maple syrup (you may want to add 1 or 2 more to make it sweeter but I was going for healthy over sweet so I only put one in mine☺️) Instructions:
Pour vanilla extract, cacao, salt, maple syrup in a large bowl and combine. 
Slowly add almond milk and combine until all ingredients come together. 
Add chia seeds and stir. 
Cover and refrigerate overnight or minimum 3 hours. (3 hours was fine for mine) 
Top with fruits, nuts, shredded coconut or granola and enjoooy! 🤗

Paleo pancakes - I have tried a lot of different recipes and these are the best and most fluffy pancakes. .

Heat griddle on medium low heat
.
Puree in a blender:
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
2 large egg yolks
2 tablespoon packed almond flour (any brand)
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup arrowroot or tapioca flour 
1 tablespoons sweetener (my favorite is Lakanto Monkfruit)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda. .
Whip 2 egg whites until very stiff peaks form and gently fold into batter (you want the meringue to be very stiff!). Spray griddle with coconut oil and wipe away excess.

Scoop 1/4 cup batter onto griddle and cook 4-5minutes on low heat (wait until you see small bubbles form inside pancake) and then use a small spatula to check that the bottom is light golden brown. Flip and cook additional 4 minutes on other side). .
Serve with sugar free syrup!.

A simple mix of #flatbeans and white #asparagus cooked with #coconutoil 😍

In a wok heat a teaspoon of coconut oil and splutter some #mustard and add half a teaspoon of #cuminseeds. Add half an #onion thinly sliced and fry for few mins. Add little #organic #turmeric and salt and mix well.

Toss in the #whiteasparagus and add a wee bit of water and cook for few mins until the asparagus turns tender. Add the flat beans and cook for few more mins with a closed lid.

(Low carb, low calorie, gluten free & dairy free)
BREAKFAST: 2 "Fried" eggs, a veggie salad & a 1/2 of little avocado.
LUNCH: A veggie salad (cabbage, red bell pepper, tomatoes, lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of olive oil & salt) with slices of homemade Turkey Pastrami (baked with paprika, minced garlic & a little honey) and mustard.
SNACK: 3 Cups of low fat popcorn.
DINNER: A veggie salad (lettuce, tomato, orange bell pepper, lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of olive oil & salt) & baked Chinese chicken wings (soy sauce, Teriyaki sauce, a little honey, rice vinegar, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic).

Quand la semaine commence bien !🇲🇫🇬🇧
Poireaux et carottes vapeur, mélange haricots rouges et maïs, œufs brouillés avec un peu de beurre et pain d'engrain (aussi appelé petit épeautre).
J'ai fait ma vinaigrette préférée, miel-moutarde :
-2cs d'huile d'olive
-1cs de vinaigre de cidre
-1cc de moutarde
-1cc de miel liquide

C'est sain et c'est bon pour manger équilibré sans perdre tout le plaisir lors d'un repas, cette sauce est idéale ! Bonne semaine les gourmands !

Steamed leeks and carrots, red beans and mais and egggs sauteed in a little butter. The bread is made with small spelt (found that term on Linguee..).
I made my favourite dressing, honey and mustard:
-2spoons olive oil
-1spoon cider vinegar
-1ts mustard
-1ts liquid honey

It's healthy and delicious so you can eat a balanced meal without loosing all pleasure. This dressing is the best! Enjoy your week gourmet friends !
