The more time you spend on social media, the easier it is for you to fall into a vibration of lack.

I’ve never mindlessly scrolled through social media and put my phone down feeling more abundant, present and engaged with life and others around me.
Which brings me to the question I asked myself today.
What would happen if instead of living on social media & having moments of being connected to my heart, I lived in our heart & had moments of connecting on social media
I’m not sure, but I’m about to find out.
For the next 30 days I’m committing to deleting my Instagram, Facebook apps and re-downloading them to post content, reply to comments, message anyone needed for 30 minutes at 12 noon and then deleting it again until the next day.
I want to use social media with intention and not let it use me.
My intention is to be in the sun more, read more, journal more, meditate more, be around amazing people more, surf more, watch the sunsets more and make amazing memories.
I’m going to be as connected to my heart and body as I can for the next 30 days and see what manifests from doing so ❤️🙌

The ego often dwells on the past and likes to spend time contemplating what might happen in the future. But in these places, we aren’t able to make any significant change. Once we have become aware, learned from past mistakes and asked forgiveness from those we have hurt, including ourselves, we need to move on.
However, if we move too fast, and spend our time worrying or daydreaming about the future we are also unable to make changes. The present moment, which can be established with mindfulness and meditation, is the key to staying in the NOW.
LET'S TALK ABOUT THE TIGHT BALL IN YOUR CHEST
There is a tightness within your chest
It is almost always there
You may have even wondered if it is a physical condition
Wondered if your heart needs looking at... Except it fades in and out from time to time so there is a part of you that knows that it is not physical... currently
It is tension
It is anxiety
Even your shoulders are in a permanently tight hold as well, aren't they
Release them right now... Take a deep breath and let go as you breathe out
Go on, do it before you forget
And yes, you will have to get into the habit of loosening up because you have learnt how to do life tense all the time... And this ball in your chest is there because low-level anxiety has become a way of life for you
You, the leader that desires and feels called to sooooo much
You, the fighter who will do whatever it takes to get what you desire
You are always slightly out of your body
Always reaching into the future
Trying to be 'there' now
Come on back
All good things start HERE, not there... Connect again to your Source - Do whatever you do to feel that connection
I like to center & ground myself with a few deep breaths - To remind myself that I am here, right now and it is all good.
Whisper to yourself as you take a few deep breaths - "I am here and here is good"
Be very present
Focus in on the ball in your chest
Continue to whisper the words "I am here and HERE is good"
I personally like to picture myself sitting on Papa's lap surrounded by love as well. It reminds me that there is nothing I cannot face so no need to always be 'there'. Here is good.
And you will feel the ball begin to dissolve
Do this many many times until it becomes second nature to you
