We all have our day 1. Day 1 of a new job, day 1 of starting a new hobby or day one of your fitness journey. It's scary and everyone is going to react to it differently. Don't be afraid of it, embrace it and understand that without day 1 you will never get to day 100.
These are my two different day 1 photos. The top photos are ay 1 of my off season the Sunday after my last show, the bottom pictures are the start of my prep getting ready to step on stage. I have put a lot of work in in both sets of photos but I am drastically different in each. I know what I am about to do and I am still scared, I want to be better and I want to succeed so I will do whatever I have to to best those top pictures.

Feels good to be healthy again. Bodyweight is creeping back up at 164lbs. Knee is entirely pain free. And it looks like I’m remembering how to squat.
Top single at 260/573 today with relative ease. And some easy backoffs at 205/452.

3) parte abdominal (porção mais "inferior" do peitoral) ** SIM, A PORÇÃO INFERIOR DO PEITORAL SE INSERE NA CAMADA SUPERIOR DA BAINHA DO RETO ABDOMINAL . ; .
Todas as fibras do peitoral inserem juntas na crista do tubérculo maior localizada na porção proximal do úmero (osso longo do braço). Então o músculo peitoral abre como se fosse um leque, tendo feixes pra 3 porções diferentes. ; .

Rainy day deadlifts, legs and abs 💪🏻🍑😉
Where all my deadlift reps perfect, nope. They did feel lighter and faster than last week, even thought they were heavier. So that’s awesome! -
Worked through hip belt squats, ball banded ham curls, and a ton of core work. So much core work, but it’s going to pay off in all my compounds 👌🏻

The community at CrossFit always provides support. How often have you encouraged others that haven’t finished the WOD yet or even been cheered on yourself Sometimes @thehappylender talks @freezy.freez into doing some craziness. Often people stay behind after they have finished their workout just to provide moral and verbal support to another CrossFitter!
The importance of social support is that it provides motivation. When we’re tired and are struggling to complete a workout we begin to doubt our ability to finish, having people encourage us gives us the belief that we can do it!

..and also laugh at the failed attempt to film an exercise. this was the universe telling me just get the shit done and get out.🤷🏻♀️

the exercise was- push up/renegade row/devil press 4x 6...but ol boy interrupted TWICE and it cut off🙃😶 so here is the cut off clips..got it done though.
