SETUP👉stand slightly away from the cables with your torso leaned slightly forwards. Maintain a slight bend in your elbows!💪
Mind-muscle connection tip👉Focus on pulling the weight with your elbows rather than your hands! This will help to engage your back rather than your arms! Slight tricep engagement is fine, but make sure you’re focusing on your lats!😅

Plan for the next few weeks: train abs more frequently ✔️ I’ve never been particularly bothered about developing a six pack although I’m all about building a balanced physique and training all body parts equally, and that includes the core. I feel that I’ve now reached a point in my fitness journey where I want to get more defined abs whilst continuing eating at maintenance calories for the next few months. With abs, diet is obviously the most important factor (we all know how ‘abs are made in the ktchen’) but abs are also all about consistency and I’ve definitely been slacking on training them recently (doing maybe 2x workouts a week max). So the plan is to take it up a notch and aim for 4-5x really short 7min sessions a week. Don’t think I’m ready for training them every day just yet 😅 And you really don’t need longer than 7min to hit them!
