Do you feel unsteady from the full moon? 🌕

If so, buckle up because tomorrow is a big blue moon and set to be a strong one.

It is very common to feel out of sorts from the full moon. We are mainly made up of water and therefore feel the pull of the moon, not unlike the tides of the ocean. 
Amethyst is a great protective crystal for around the full moon. Pair with a smokey quartz for grounding. 
Other steadying support methods I regularly use are tapping to balance emotions (you can YouTube these), grounding essential oils like vetiver or cedarwood, protective oils like clove and tea tree, as well as breathing exercises focused on long deep exhalation.
