Although, to be honest, day 1 and day 3 seem to be the easiest... its day 2 that’s the crusher for me. I am in a constant state of #hangry and REALLY start to feel my body and mind detoxing itself of anger, emotional pain, sugar, bread, cheese, pizza.... 🤤 ok, I’m gonna stop because this is just turning into word porn... .
Fun fact 👆🏼 it’s best to do a detox (not just juicing - there are many options out there that involve eating) every 3-4 months as a nice reset for your system.
Another fun fact 👆🏼I haven’t detoxed in over a year and can see the toxins on my skin and feel them in my thoughts. So! Cheers to day 1 and to 2 more! 🍻Let all that muck that’s been building up, be released for #clarity and #sustainablehealth .

Our family loves them!! We receive our organic order each week, chop up what we need and prep for each day. In the morning it’s so easy to just grab a proportioned bag and blend up. Henry gets one too and we love Garden of Life’s Raw Probiotics for kids. It adds a little sweetness to his juice, which (lets be honest) makes it a little easier for a toddler to drink! We base our recipe off @drstevengundry: * 2 cups romaine lettuce or any dark green lettuce
* 1 cup baby spinach
* 1 mint spring
* 1⁄2 avocado
* 1/2 lemon
* 1 celery stalk * 4 ice cubes
* 2 cups water

I wanted to clear up some confusion around fruit juice! While indeed the ingredients are better than a sugary soda, your blood sugar still goes for a wild ride when you consume these sugary drinks. Let’s breakdown some of the science below:
Fruit juice lacks fiber ▶️ The fiber found in whole fruit helps to slow down the absorption of the sugar in your bloodstream. While whole fruit will lead to a more steady and slow release of sugar, fruit juice will lead to a much larger spike and crash.
Fruit juice is easier to over consume ▶️ Due to the lack of fiber, you won’t feel quite as full. While eating something like 5 oranges in one sitting would be very difficult to do, drinking 16oz of OJ (the equivalent in sugar and calories) is very easy to do.
Commercial fruit juice is often pasteurized causing it to lose some of the vitamins & minerals present ▶️ Pasteurized juices have been heated to high temperatures for a short time in order to kill any bacteria or other microorganisms that may be present but this in turns also kills some of the beneficial compounds.
Bottom line, I prefer whole fruit instead and if I do consume juice, it’s normally vegetable juice (maybe with 1 fruit present) as they’re not nearly as high in sugar. If you do go for fruit juice, freshly made juices definitely have more benefits. Just make sure to watch your portion size.

Hello lover 💚 I haven’t made a fresh juice in SO long and that needed to change. Here are the ingredients:
• ~2 cups water
• 1 medium 🥒
• ~2 cups spinach
• 2 stalks celery
• 1 cored 🍏
• juice of 1 🍋
• ~1 inch peeled fresh ginger
I blended it all together and then used my @elliesbest mesh strainer to transform it into this beautifulness ✨
every time I make my celery juice in the morning, I thank the celery for its healing juice. I thank the earth, sun, clouds, and rain for growing it. I thank the farmers and the people who tend to it, harvested it, processed it, and brought it to market. I thank Anthony William @medicalmedium for all his hard work to help us to heal w/ Spirit’s info. I thank Spirit for giving us the opportunity to heal in this era. I thank God most of all. My heart and soul is filled with unconditional love and gratitude. Who knew that 2 years on celery juice and all the right healing foods for my exact symptoms and illnesses would completely heal me I surely didn’t but what I did know was that slowly over time I was getting better and feeling less and less of my symptoms until I no longer felt any symptoms at all and that’s why I kept at it and keep going with it, never giving up. I wanted to see what the other side of this journey would look like even though I had no idea or understanding of what that would even mean. I’m grateful that my hubby healed his gut and heart from medical medium’s info and is alive and still with us. I’m grateful that we can now start growing our family when doctors advised me for the past 10 years that I could never have children and in the last 4 years, strongly advised me to never have children, including adoption. And now seeing my transformation I have the go ahead from my doctors to start. Who knew any of this was possible All that hard work each day and learning to rest was worth it. Don’t give up. I am having a skin problem on my face for this recent 2 weeks. I am wondering if this due to I changed to some skin care products that doesnt suit me well or lack of sleep or hormonal imbalance or even I didn’t consume clean food recently I have tried to heal pimples with varied skin products but didnt give me satisfying result.
After some research then I tried to cleanse the toxins and to balance the metabolism by detox juicing.

As I’ve been getting older (yes I know I’m just 24) but I’ve been noticing my body has been changing. At first, I was really angry and I felt like I was being betrayed by my own body but then I realized a few things. I’ve had perfect health for almost 22 years and my body has done a whole lot for me despite the constant stress and shitty food I’ve been putting into it. This summer I’ve made it a goal to mainly consume foods that nourish my body. Some late night snacking 🥒 Roberta’s been craving ice cream basically every day these past couple of weeks, so now more than ever I’ve been making sure to make her a green juice to balance the diet! This is a simple celery, cucumber, and broccoli juice. Usually we’ll add kale and spinach. Adding apples and carrots always improves the taste! 🍎🥕 Roberta went ahead and cut up some organic strawberries and made sweet potato soup in the @vitamix 🙌🏼 Makes her feel better about all of the sugar she’s ingested 😂

Forget meal prepping, get to juice prepping!
I’ve found that keeping juice is easy when you have the right set up. Juice only keeps for about 72 hours. I have four mason jars which is the perfect amount to have enough juice for 3 days. You’ll notice that the juice starts to separate pretty quickly - not a problem! Just turn the jar upside down a few times and it’s good to go!
I do this in preparation for my morning drive to work. The juice is best when you drink on an empty stomach!

OH ANXIETY – It’s funny how the mind works. We can be very happy in our relationship, jobs and life matters however somehow anxiety and even panic attacks can work themselves in some days, having you feel uneasy and even lost.
As happy or healthy as we can be, life stresses and challenges are always presenting themselves, making us anxious and our minds running non-stop sometimes being our own worst enemy.
