One of the most common questions I get... “what do you do”.... or “how did you do that” or “what do you eat” ... it’s simple. I try things and they either work or they don’t. Over time I have figured out EXACTLY what works for me and MY body. We are not all the same. What works for me may or may not work for you. You must know your body, fall in love with taking care of it and figuring out what it needs from you. Sounds complicated... buts it’s actually REALLY simple. And also, don’t quit. Stay consistent. Decide what you want and just go for it. 😘❤️
First time I’ve worn shorts in a gym in forever. First of all, hello thunder thighs. They look smaller than they are here lol and second, cellulite. It’s there. I don’t think it will ever fully go away...... buuuuut, didn’t stop me. It’s all about the confidence you have in yourself. Confidence is beautiful. Wear what you want to, and wear it with confidence and you will shine! 🙌🏼

Workout is completeee. My favorite thing about this page is all the people who have something hateful to say to me about it... I work hard. I work hard to provide for my beautiful babies. I work hard at raising them. And I work hard in the gym to look and feel GREAT! If me sharing my healthy and positive lifestyle offends you I am not sorry lol you just fuel my drive to continue.... this is me and I’m not going anywhere. 😘

Loving yourself from the inside out. ❤️❤️..... when I finally took the time out of life to work on myself by myself I finally realized how worthy of a great life I am. Loving yourself isn’t selfish. When you love yourself and you are your TRUE self, you love others the way they should be loved. 🙌🏼
A 🍑 tip from me.... do your damn hip thrust. I do them 5 days a week. Doesn’t matter if I work upper body or not. I always make time for them. I love the way it burns the booty 🤷🏻♀️ maybe it’s just me. But they are killer 🔥🔥🔥
It was one of those nights in the gym that I just didn’t want to leave. Feels good to be getting back into it. I have a lot to work on. But I will get there! 🙃
OKAY after getting the kiddos to bed, I really didn’t want to be at the gym. It’s Sunday which means family, football, and a ton of FOOD. 🍔😌🍕🥨🍤🌯.... and today was taco day and I may have had more than 5 but less than 10 of them 😂.... but I still made it there and ended my night feeling WONDERFUL. Its not selfish to take the time to take care of yourself and your mind and body ❤️
