Name a place better than Yosemite
Went to the countryside for the first time in ten years 🌳
As I was born and raised in Paris, I used to not understand why people would isolate themselves from everything “convenient”.
But the moment I put my feet into the rain boots I bought for the occasion, and started running around in mud and leaves, I got it.
It’s the simple things ❤️
Special thanks to my darling coworkers and friends for this amazing time ❤️
Those other dunes in Death Valley 🏜
love december because it consists of me watching cheesy hallmark movies & brandon making fun of the plot in every way possible. “oh look a rich girl from NYC goes to a small town & finds the perfect country boy, but she’s engaged & has to figure out who to choose. the businessman her dad likes or the farmer/local shop owner” -b every single time
Me: "That's a nice tree"
@beetman13 : "Ya, for Rockefeller Center" 😂
In the summer of 2019, I’ll be returning to the eastern Tibet region of Kham to lead a couple of lecture journeys thru some really awesome areas. If you have traveled with me before or read thru my popular travel blog, you’ll know that the Kham region is my favorite region of Tibet and is (in my opinion) the very best area of the Tibetan Plateau. I spent years living and exploring the region and love that you can see big mountains, grasslands, nomad culture (like the girl pictured), remote monasteries, forests, alpine lakes, glaciers and more. During these journeys, I’ll be giving lectures on different aspects of Tibetan culture, religion and history. Stay tuned for more details!
I wouldn’t normally include a commercial truck in a photo of mine. They aren’t the most photogenic of subjects, but while shooting a time lapse up on this hill above Lindis Pass I captured this guy cruising by at break neck speed.
Upon review, I thought it was an interesting contrast. A peaceful sunset going on above some stunning scenery while a busy truck driver flies by, no doubt trying to hit his deadlines.
I love capturing things like this that may not have been the original intention, but end up being a fun little result.

It’s Tuesday, just one day closer to Friday. It needs to be Friday already. That’s it.

Playing in the Colorado snow before we go ♡
📍Cortez, Colorado ↟
We’ve spent the last few days enjoying the snow, keeping the trailer cozy warm and having more than one snowball fight.
& Last night we spent our fist night in a Walmart parking lot, officially crossing that off our RV Life bucket list.
dreaming about Yosemite summers

Ready for some snow in the mountains ❄️
Really want to go play in the snow! Glad we don’t get any where I live but it’s always fun to go and play in it in the mountains 🏔
