Shephard’s pie is an amazing way to use our mince. A great way is to make it up prior and freeze it, so that on those busy nights you can just pull it out of the freezer and it’s right to go straight in the oven. A great way to save time!
I don’t think any picture I ever took could ever quite depict how I FELT being 300 pounds. (But this one comes pretty close 🙈🙈🙈) I got to the point where it felt like my whole body was under pressure. Just sitting down was uncomfortable because my chin pushed against my chest while my belly folded over my pants, thighs, and into itself. No position was comfortable and even standing hurt my ankles and knees.
Life at 300 pounds felt miserable. I’m so thankful to not be suffocating under my own skin anymore. One of my favorite NSV’s (non-scale victories) is the fact that I can cross my legs now!! COMFORTABLY!! I feel like such a lil lady 💁🏼♀️🍸🌹 .

3. 110도 1시간 30분, 4등분하면 1시간도 충분
4. 올리브오일 += 식힌 방울토마토+소금+후추+편마늘+허브류 *** 열탕소독 필수, 2~3일 후 냉장보관

Creamy Parmesan Sausage Soup •1 lb (450g) Italian Sausage
•1/2 tablespoon onion powder •3 garlic cloves, minced
•2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
•Salt and fresh cracked black pepper
•4 medium Roma fresh tomatoes, diced (or 1 small can petite diced tomatoes)
•1/2 cup cream cheese
•2 cups chicken broth
•1 cup heavy cream
•1/2 cup parmesan, grated
Brown and crumble sausage in a medium saucepan. Pour into crockpot. Add cream cheese, onion powder, Italian seasoning, garlic, tomatoes, and chicken broth. Cook on low 6 hours or high for 3 hours. Add heavy cream and parmesan, serve, and enjoy!

I will not give up.

Air-Fried Pork Rind Perch w. Cauliflower French Fries. Nom, nom, nommmm.
Keto Friday Fish Fry!
Instructions for Perch:
*Grind 1 bag of pork rinds in a food processor until it’s just dust #
*Add 1 tbs garlic powder, 2 tbl Parmesan, and 2 tbs paprika to pork rind dust and mix together.
*In separate bowl, crack 2 large eggs
*Dip fish in egg and then breading mixture.
*Spray air fryer basket with Avocado oil and put fish on for 7 min at 375 degrees.
*Flip and put in an additional 7 minutes

💥Sweet & Spicy Popp'in Chicken💥
Makes 4 servings.
Ingredients- *carrot for contrast only*
1.5 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts, tenders, or thighs, cut into 1'' bite sized pieces
1/3 cup almond flour
1 tsp fresh grated garlic, or garlic powder
1 tsp fresh grated ginger, or ginger powder
2 Tbsps sesame oil
1 red bell pepper, diced
2 green onions or scallions, finely sliced
1 tsp red pepper flakes, or to taste
sea salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste about 1/4 teaspoon each
For the sauce-
1/4 cup coconut aminos, Bragg's liquid aminos, or low sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup chicken bone broth
2-3 Tbsps of your of sweetener
1 tsp garlic powder, or fresh grated garlic
1 tsp favorite hot sauce (optional)
1/2 tsp ground ginger, or freshly grated
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
tiny pinch of sea salt
In a large ziplock bag or glass bowl add chicken, flour, garlic powder, ginger powder, sea salt and pepper. Seal the bag and toss chicken pieces to get all chicken pieces nicely coated.
In a small bowl, combine and whisk together your ingredients for the sauce. Set aside.
Heat your sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add coated chicken and cook until golden on all sides, but not entirely cooked through, about 3-4 minutes, creating a crispy crust on the chicken.
Stir in bell peppers and carrots and continue to cook until veggies soften a bit. Pour your sauce over top of the chicken.
