Day 1 ketones challenge dinner tonight was steak 🥩 chipotle bowls.
So I seasoned my steak with tastefully simple fiesta party seasoning and olive oil. Cooked rare medium rare I like pink in my steak.
I did add about 1/8 cup rice to mine because I didn’t have any other carbs today.
I cut up a jalapeño and red onion and some cilantro about 1 tbsp and sautéed it with olive oil until soft. Put aside and cooked my steak 👌🏼 Put down my rice added veggies added my steak topped with shredded cheddar and I made my own chipotle sauce. 3-4 tbsp sour cream then 1/2 tsp dark Chipotle powder and 1/2 tsp fiesta party seasoning. Then about 1-1.5 tbsp water to thin it.

I have a confession. I haven’t been feeling all that great lately when it comes to my weight loss maintenance and fitness. I had not been to the gym for months. I let myself eat above maintenance calories for months. I found myself at the top of my bubble. .
I had to really come to terms with what I wanted and how I felt about it. I had to be honest with myself. I was still keto. I feel best that way. I let the calories add up with snacking. Nuts and nut butters are a major weakness. I wasn’t moving as much. I let myself get busy with life and games and xc meets and work and just stopped setting time aside for fitness. .
That was the greatest stress reliever and mind clearer I had. I love the way I feel when I workout regularly. I missed it. I didn’t like that some of my clothes felt tighter and I worked too hard to get where I am to let myself slip back to old habits. So I decided that the last 2 months of the year I was going to get back to what works for me. .
As of November 1st I have promised myself to workout 5x a week and no snacking after dinner. The kitchen is CLOSED. I have so far kept this promise to myself and in the first 11 days of the month, I have worked out 8 of those days. I feel stronger already. My mind is clear and the endorphins feel amazing. .
Cheers to promises kept to ourselves and an amazing end to this year...hell, this decade!!! .

키토제닉(저탄고지) 식단 5일차 아침식사
저탄고지식을 하는 분들의 아침 필수 메뉴라고 하는 방탄커피를 처음으로 만들어 먹어보았다.
방탄커피는 탄수화물을 막아 준다고 해서 붙여진 이름으로 혹자는 총알을 막아낼 만큼 큰 에너지를 내고 포만감을 주어 그렇게 부른다고도 한다.
우리의 자랑스런 방탄소년단과는 관계가 없다.😁😁😁
원래는 커피에 버터와 mct오일을 넣어야 하는데 양질의 mct오일을 구하느라 해외직구 배송중이어서 오늘은 버터만 넣었다.
만드는 방법은 커피에 버터를 넣고 블렌더에 돌리면 끝~!!!
생각보다 느끼하지 않고 고소고소 맛있다.
오늘 아침 컨디션은 매우 좋음이다. 키토플루 현상이 신기하게도 사라졌다.
체중감량 보다는 몸을 건강하게 만들기 위해 시작한건데 몸무게가 슬금슬금 빠지고 있는 것 같다.^^
체중감량을 주목표로 시작한 최대표님은 체중엔 아직 변화가 없으나 불면증과 속쓰림이 없어져 매우 만족하고 있다.

60 hours with no solid food. Only certain timed out supplements, with a crap ton of water of course. 💦 And I completed the 60 hours without derailing or cheating!!!!!! 👏🏼🙌🏼
Yes, I’m down 3.8 pounds. But I didn’t do it for weight loss. I did this for ME. To prove to myself that I CAN DO HARD THINGS 👏🏼 (check out the difference in my hips and legs 👀)
