I’m still shy from time to time but to think how I used to be compared to now and how I’m getting on stage and rocking my own my music which I put my heart into for others to judge yet I still get up on stage and do my thing, I think that’s pretty amazing and I’m loving it. Plus I got new music lined up every Friday now and more shows soon to come 💯💯💯
I want to give a HUGE shout out to my mom @marleymom77 !! She has worked so hard for the last 8 weeks to lose weight!! All the long nights of meal prep, figuring out macros, and all of the late night grocery runs. She has gotten through all of the obstacles & is crushing her diet!! She has lost 11lbs so far, works full time (10 hour days) & still fits in time for the gym 5 days a week & meal prepping!! #Killinit!! You CAN do anything you put your mind to! This women jumped in full force & put her blood, sweat and literally tears into this program!! 💪💪

500M ROW CHALLENGE IS BACK!!!
Returning soon... The rules are simple.
Week 1 - Row 500m with the resistance set at 1 as fast as you can.
Week 2 - Row 500m with the resistance set at 5 as fast as you can.
Week 3 - Row 500m with the resistance set at 10 as fast as you can.
The average of your 3 attempts which are supervised and recorded by me, will be your overall score!
The categories will include Male and Female (or “other” if required) ages 25 and under; 26-35; 36-45 and 46+
