5 reasons why epigenetic profiling is the way of future when it comes to optimizing your health and getting results that matter.
1) We are ALL different: No two people will respond in the same way to the same program.
2) The human body is NOT static: Even the same person will need a different program as they age or their circumstances change. Everyone changes and so do their requirements for optimal health.
3) One man’s food CAN BE another’s poison: Healthy foods & exercises are not the same for everyone. In fact, healthy for one can be dangerous for another.
4) The 80:20 Myth: It’s more than just food & exercise. Mental health, social health and even the climate can influence health status – sometimes even more than food!
5) The END of the information age: With advances in technology, individuals can access information with a single tap. Today people are demanding a personalized experience from their health professional.

Day 6 at the Sacred Soul Journey Kundalini Yoga Akashic Retreat in Santorini, Greece 🇬🇷 Teaching our retreaters the Kundalini breathing exercise ‘Ego Eradicator’. .
Ego Eradicator incorporates a meditation with pranayama (breath work) to
open the lungs, consolidate the electro-magnetic field (aura) and elevate the body’s energetic frequency. It balances the two sides of the brain hemispheres and creates a state of alertness. It’s like a power charge to the spiritual battery. .
You may use this breathing meditation in the morning before getting out of bed. It will serve you better than a cup of coffee. .
If you feel anxious before an important meeting or presentation, try 1 minute of this first. .
Find yourself sluggish or tired in the middle of your work day This will re-charge your batteries. .
Feel small or not good enough A daily practice of this will build your confidence so you can shine your light, big and bright. 🌞🌈✨ Sat nam 🙏🏼
There is no room for it. I'm good over here. ✌🏽
Idk how many people, especially lady friends, mostly myself, that there is no need to entertain ANYTHING or ANYONE that is unhealthy for you. 👌🏽
You are not going to die without that person, that job, that cheeseburger. You'll probably live longer, better, happier, definitely healthier without them. So many of us have fallen " victim" to this thought process of needing. Oh I need to do this or that. Or I need to make sure this person is happy with my choices. Shit, have you asked yourself are YOU happy with your choices! 🕉️

Shizo Kanakur (20 August 1891 – 13 November 1983) was a Japanese marathon runner and one of the early leaders of track and field athletics in Japan. He has been celebrated as the "father of marathon" in Japan.
During the November 1911 domestic qualifying trials for the 1912 Stockholm Olympics, although the length of the course was probably only 40 km (25 mi), Kanakuri was reported to have set a marathon world record at 2 hours, 32 minutes and 45 seconds. He was thus selected as one of the only two athletes that Japan could afford to send to the event.
However, Kanakuri is best known for disappearing during the marathon race in the 1912 Stockholm Olympics. Kanakuri had a rough 18-day-long trip to Stockholm, first by ship and then by train all through the Trans-Siberian Railway, and needed five days to recover for the race.
The race was held in Sollentuna Municipality, in Sweden, in – for this time – unexpected 25 °C (77 °F) heat, and over half of the runners in the event had hyperthermia. Kanakuri, weakened by the long journey from Japan, and having problems with the local food, lost consciousness midway through the race, and was cared for by a farming family.
Being embarrassed from his "failure" he silently returned to Japan without notifying race officials. Swedish authorities considered him missing for 50 years before discovering that he was living in Japan and had competed in subsequent Olympic marathons.
In 1967, he was contacted by Swedish Television and offered the opportunity to complete his run. He accepted and completed the marathon in 54 years, 8 months, 6 days, 5 hours, 32 minutes and 20.3 seconds, remarking, "It was a long trip. Along the way, I got married, had six children and 10 grandchildren."

Randolph Peter Best (born Scanland, 24 November 1941) is an English musician, principally known as an original member and the first drummer of the Beatles, from 1960 to 1962. He is one of several people who have been referred to as the Fifth Beatle.
Soon after Best was dismissed, Epstein attempted to console him by offering to build another group around him, but Best refused. Feeling let down and depressed, he sat at home for two weeks—not wanting to face anybody or answer the inevitable questions about why he had been sacked.
Epstein secretly arranged with his booking agent partner, Joe Flannery, for Best to join Lee Curtis & the All Stars, which then broke off from Curtis to become Pete Best & the All Stars. They signed to Decca Records, releasing the single "I'm Gonna Knock On Your Door", which was not successful.
Best later moved to the United States along with songwriters Wayne Bickerton and Tony Waddington. As the Pete Best Four, and later as the Pete Best Combo (a quintet), they toured the United States with a combination of 1950s songs and original tunes, recording for small labels, but they had little success.
They ultimately released an album on Savage Records, Best of the Beatles; a play on Best's name, leading to disappointment for record buyers (who neglected to read the song titles on the front cover and expected a Beatles compilation). The group disbanded shortly afterwards. Bickerton and Waddington were to find greater success as songwriters in the 1960s and 1970s, writing a series of hits for the American female group the Flirtationsand the British group the Rubettes. In 2000, the record label Cherry Red reissued the Pete Best Combo's recording

Antique cards from the late 1800s - early 1900s - Another overlooked thing I adore! 😍 A lot of antique cards have beautifully detailed covers and came with extras like ribbon, glitter and silk and could be heavily embossed, cut-out or pop-up as well as being made from different materials from paper to celluloid. The first known Christmas card was sent in 1843. Before the Penny Post came out in 1840 only the very rich could afford to send anything in the post but as new railways were being built it allowed more mail to be sent than by horse and carriage. #learnsomethingnew #knowledgeispower #antique #antiquecard #card #christmascard #birthdaycard #1800s #1900s

I've looked up to this woman. And never got to see how truley beautiful she was. I tweaked the picture to bring out the vibrancy without white washing. ...So for all my beautiful brown females, who look at her and can see themselves. .
.I love all nations and colors. I was raised by an Italian from the old country of Sicily. But I feel that as black woman were continuing to be brainwashed. Buying body parts we already have. Like drag queens. .
. I remember I wanted to be thick. Now all the "thick" girls are fat. I want to know my culture. In an age of information and knowledge. So much about us has been hidden so we think were less than. .
.I'm not one of those meatheads that care more about my biceps than my heritage. Or afraid to go deep cause its not cool to be socially conscious and a beast. Those shallow, people with no spiritual foundation. I LOVE ALL HUMAN LIFE. BUT THE ONES WITH SKIN LIKE MINE ARE IN DIRE NEED OF SELF AWARENESS.

"You'll feel guilty about all the little things you've bitched about." -Michael Landon
I remember watching him say this when he found out he had cancer...
And I always try to not let people change my emotions because I should be the one in control.
But everyone seemed to just be impossible to deal with today...
It's difficult when you see people's true colors and you realize they aren't as great as you thought they were or rather, as great as they pretended to be...
That was one situation which kind of bothered me but I let it go...
As the rest of the day went on, it seemed as if everything was working against me.
It was one thing after another until I finally exploded. I did things I shouldn't have done, and I said things I shouldn't have said. I take full responsibility for that.
But why push somebody to that point
Can't we all just be nice to each other
Can't we all just get along
I guess for now the answer remains a sad "No"...
I did my best to keep my head up today but I gave into my anger, my frustration...
I'm not perfect and I'm only a human but I learned a valuable lesson:
This world can be cruel and all you can do is endure what comes at you. After all, we're not here for long.
"You gotta roll with the punches even if they come in bunches." -Lil Rob
