✨5 Amazing Reasons To Eat Turmeric Daily✨
1. Turmeric stimulates the production of bile in the liver (which helps you break down fatty foods and absorb nutrients) which in turn, may aid in weight loss. Taking one teaspoon of turmeric powder with every meal (or using it to cook the meal!) can help you slim down.
2. Turmeric has major antioxidant properties which helps fight diseases by destroying free radicals. .
3. The most promising quality of turmeric is its ability to prevent cancer. This super-food can stop cancer from growing and spreading into other organs. It causes cancer cells to commit suicide. .
4. Turmeric’s anti-bacterial agents may help our body fight against colds, cough and flu. Turmeric’s key ingredient, Curcumin, is known for its anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties which can help in healing cuts and wounds. Excellent for brain and nerve inflammation as well.
5. Turmeric improves liver function. This is done through the production of enzymes that break down toxins into materials that are easily eliminated by the body. Taking turmeric increases the production of these enzymes, thus improving liver function and reducing your toxic load.
✨Ways to add turmeric to your diet:✨
✔️Include the spice as an ingredient in your regular meals. It’s better absorbed if taken with black pepper or coconut/olive oil. This enhances the bio-availability of turmeric's curcumin, so use these in the meal as well.
✔️You can make a tea out of turmeric. Boil about four cups of water with a spoonful of turmeric for ten to fifteen minutes. Strain and drink. ✔️Add turmeric into your daily smoothies.
✔️Add turmeric to a glass of organic warm almond/coconut milk which helps fight colds. utiful day. Everyone needs a [H]Uber - your husband that ends up serving as your Uber when you don’t have your car. For insight into why he is the most awesome human on the planet, I present Exhibits A-D:
He took me to the Midtown Alliance @midtown_atl meeting this morning at 7a where I heard the state of Midtown Atlanta- right where we live, work and play. •
20,000 new jobs announced in last 4 years
15 projects delivered in last 12 months
7800 new residences in development
1800 hotel rooms being developed
😮 All of this in ONE square mile! 😮
After that I headed to our office to lead our Sales Meeting with our amazing Advisors and then onward to our FIABCI Atlanta Council Meeting (Int’l Real Estate Federation) where we learned all about the Aetropolis project with Executive Director, Gerald McDowell - if you don’t invest in those 10-15 miles around the airport, you will miss out on a phenomenal opportunity. There are 50,000 undeveloped acres and international investors are chomping at the bit.
Back to the office I went before class #2 of Beltline University to discuss equity & inclusion along one of the largest development projects in the country and then [H]uber took me to video a house for clients. This man is a JEWEL guys 💎

I love to teach, preferably by using my own mistakes. And here's a big one that involves physics and has me going back over all my images. Chromatic aberration.
Light isn't equal, none of it is. Blue light is faster than red light in frequency, which means that its wavelength is different and thus refracts differently through a lens. This causes it to be slightly off center with red and green. The same goes for red and green colors too. A good lens can help reduce aberration, but you can't entirely remove it without computer help.
For a while I've been using raw therapee, and it's been making my night time shots look amazing but all my daytime shots came out looking... Messy. I'm not unfamiliar with aberration and I made sure to account for it in post by clicking a button... Y'all know what happens with you assume, right
Turns out that chromatic aberration correction was not rightly calibrated and messed up the image subtly, not only did it mess up the natural aberration, but it added it's own computer generated noise trying to correct individual pixels. Pic related, know what you're messing with if you plan to venture outside the safe walls of Adobe Lightroom. Raw therapee is amazing, but only for power users that have read how to use it.
Lesson learned. #RTFM

You're winning. You simply cannot fail.
The only obstacle is doubt;
There's not a hill you cannot scale
Once fear is put to rout.
Don't think defeat, don't talk defeat,
The word will rob you of your strength.
"I will succeed," This phrase repeat
Throughout the journey's length.
The minute that "I can't is said -
You slam a door right in your face.
Why not exclaim, "I will" instead
Half won then is the race.
You close the door to your success
By entertaining one small fear.
Think happiness, talk happiness,
Watch joy then coming near.
The word "impossible" is black.
"I can" is like a flame of gold.
No whining, heart! Eyes! look not back;
Be strong, O Will! and bold.
You're winning, though the journey's slow;
You're gaining steadily each day.
O Courage! what a warmth and glow
You shed along your way. (Wilhelmina Stitch ).
