LEG SESSION: INCLINE LEG PRESS! #neverskiplegday. Had a nice leg session tonight. This is a exercise that i need to work on. But i did finish with 4 reps of 230kg which is not to bad. It is a slight improvement. I just have to keep on grinding it out. Hardwork will pay off.

Das 3x6 Backoff hat sich allerdings heute angefühlt wie 100kg. Im letzten Satz hab ich mich dann ein wenig gehypet und siehe da - fühlte sich wieder an wie 2-3RIR.

Allgemein läuft es im Oberkörper aber diese Woche nicht so wie geplant. Nachdem ich letzte Woche eine Einheit komplett auslassen musste, weil ich einfach keine Zeit hatte, hab ich am Montag im Topsatz einfach nur Grütze zusammentrainiert. Sowohl technisch als auch kraftmäßig. Topsatz musste um eine rep reduziert werden, um nicht komplett abzuschmieren. Könnte also besser laufen. Aber hey, dafür läufts beim Heben sehr geschmeidig😋 Sogar so geschmeidig, dass ich am überlegen bin im Januar doch nochmal das Projekt 3faches Körpergewicht heben angehen will. Mit einem Mini-Watercut könnte das vielleicht klappen. Nichts extremes. Nur ein wenig am Nahrungsvolumen rumschrauben. Kohlenhydratmenge und Trinkmenge am Tag bzw. Abend vor der Waage reduzieren. Vielleicht so 1,5 bis 2kg Körpergewicht rausholen dadurch. Wiege derzeit um die 69,5kg. Wenn ich dann in der Beuge nicht schon all out gehe und mir Kraft fürs Heben spare, könnten vllt 205kg im dritten Versuch drin sein. Joa. Scheint realistisch. Wir werden es sehen. In 6,5 Wochen.

There is no genetic voodoo curse cast over your calves to keep them puny for life. Your calves are small because of the following reasons:

Want your calves to grow? Start by giving them the attention just like what you're giving to your favorite body part to train. Dont train your calves as an afterthought after a heavy leg day. Do it first!

People are constantly working their calves all the time when they are walking around.  That's why you need to shock it! Perform a wide variety of calf exercises, and do some sets with your toes pointed in and others with your toes pointed out and play with the spacing as well.

Calves respond better to higher reps than other bodyparts do, your calves adapt to rep quantities, whether high or low. Keep them off-guard (and growing) by mixing up your workloads.
