Elige un peso con el que puedas realizar las 12 repeticiones manteniendo la técnica adecuada, y con el cual te cueste llegar a la última repetición. Pero siempre con cuidado! Si sientes que pierdes la técnica y el control del movimiento debes bajar el peso para evitar lesiones⚠️⁣

Choose a weight that allows you to do 12 reps keeping the right form of the exercise. Make sure that you really feel that last rep! But be careful, if you feel that you are losing the form and the control of the movement you must try with less weight to avoid injuries⚠️⁣

🔥Gotta love a good leg session! Slowly but surely, fighting to get my body back where it used to be. Today after all, is a rest day, since my doc says, I need at least 2 of'em in a week. At least for now. Hate it. But hell, I want to be back in my shape, so I gotta do the work for it. And if that means, rest days (which is still involving cardio and ab training), than so it shall be. 🔥Gotta love a good leg session! Slowly but surely, fighting to get my body back where it used to be. Today after all, is a rest day, since my doc says, I need at least 2 of'em in a week. At least for now. Hate it. But hell, I want to be back in my shape, so I gotta do the work for it. And if that means, rest days (which is still involving cardio and ab training), than so it shall be. Added a little side step

It’s been nine weeks of boot camp for this guy. Oh the stories and the laughs he’s had!! But this week is huge for Jay. He completes boot camp and transitions to AIT. There will be a nighttime Values Tag Ceremony which marks his journey from civilian to soldier. I am so proud it hurts. I cannot wait to tackle this kid to the ground in November.  #31bravo #armystrong #armymomx2 #soproud #legs #hesbadass
