I wont lie I’m quiet excited to see where i can take my body over the next 12 months, with a clear goal to grow, grow and then grow some more. It will be the first time i’ve ever allowed my self to push on through and work towards some real muscle gains and not pull it back to the beach body as soon as the abs fade out.🔥🌪
This doesn’t mean i’ll become a fat mess, i dont believe there is ever an excuse for that, i will have plenty of structure, with evening meals remaining flexible and hi sugar foods being avoided generally, although mid saturday to sunday eves will be off diet, down time, social time etc.🥞🥩🌮🍗
I think no matter what you do you need goals, some structure, a plan and of course consistency, make yourself accountable otherwise nothing really happens.

Something I really really really love is smoothies. But - always keeping in mind the amount of sugar some fruits have. So, moderation when it comes to fruit. I’ll add plain yogurt, here we have cucumber & pear 🍐 and a scoop of Whey protein.
