You guys been asking me if I do cardio, the answer is yes. I do 45 minutes fasted cardio every morning + a HIIT cardio workout (I add it on days I have the energy)

Where are my #MultiPassionate’s at 😩😩🙋🏻♀️🙋🏻♀️🙋🏻♀️ On a serious note, I use to struggle from #shinyobjectsyndrome (a disease of distraction) and the cure was to write down all of my ideas, and execute the one I was most excited about (from start to finish). Yes, there have been paths/services I’ve offered that I was extremely excited about and after trial and error I came to terms it wasn’t something I saw myself doing long term. But I would of never know if I didn’t try.
I’ve also learned that we can’t do it ALL at once - EXECUTE according to The Season you’re in 💖💖💖. Another great tip I learned from #CarlasQuinney was learn to become a MASTER - a master of one craft, one thing that no one else can do like you do - this will lead to other opportunities that will allow you to be creative (and work on some of those brilliant ideas you’ve written down)
If you want to pursue a goal, you know that is important to provide a good detailed description of this goal. Empty one liners do not bring satisfactory results. Making a concrete plan in advance will help you to get to the finishing line. A useful method to achieve this is the so-called SMART Goal or simply SMART. The SMART Goals definition stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time measurable.
1. Specific: What exactly do you want Who will it involve What resources will it involve When is it going to happen Why is it important
2. Measurable: it will need a start and finish point. When are you going to start When will it need to be finished Be specific with dates and times to avoid procrastination!
3. Achievable: If the goal is unrealistic you will lack ambition and the drive needed to succeed. Make sure you set realistic goals.
4. Realistic/Relevance: The goal must be challenging and you must WANT to achieve this if you set a goal because somebody else is doing it but it’s not really your dream.. will you achieve it It has to bring benefits to you. You must also have the capacity, resources and drive to start.
5. Time: is often confused with measurable, but there is a clear difference between the two. Time is actually about the time that is allocated to reach the goal. A SMART goal therefore has a clear starting time and a clear end date.
